A shocking surprise
29 April 2018
Ok, I walked in on a Sunday late afternoon while my family was watching this show, I thought to myself, oh goodness one of those films where they want you to evaluate your life and be bored watching, well, what a awesome surprise., as my wife explained what happened that led to the amazing end I had to dry the tears away. This is such a powerful message, not trying to win souls, but trying to get a message across about forgiveness. The actors were awesome, and I was really excited to see the forever young Kim Fields, Good Job to the writer and director in bringing the feeling of the message to life.

Pleasently surprised

When I first saw the film trailer I thought it would be a sad film that I wouldn't enjoy because of the tearjerking in it. But it was more delighful teared up moment. I found this movie to be really touching in a good way. It shows bullying at it's worst, but those strong ways to deal with it. I enjoyed the family atmosphere and how the story centered on others.

Into the Badlands (2015–2019)

Simply mind blowing,

Warning: Spoilers
It is very seldom that I come and speak on projects. However when thinking of "INTO THE BADLANDS" I had no other option, this is one show that had me stuck to the screen and not moving. Hating the fact that I had to stop watching to get the kids from school.. I loved this show. The action and fight scenes are inspiring. Good family drama that didn't bore me and cause me to lose interest. Every Baron on the show displayed their roles magnificently. AS the show got into season 2 I found myself waiting to see what would happen with Quinn. I love how the storytellers made it seem as I was reading a novel where the characters where living through there journeys. I look forward to watching more of this. This should be a mandatory watch for potential action filmmakers.

Well Done
5 March 2018
I must admit I very seldom write reviews or watch this genre of film. I had heard about it a couple months ago on one of the youtube channels that I subscribe to. This was one of those top scary films. And I must admit, it was well done. I went in thinking I would turn it off but I sat through the whole thing. Both of the actors Mother and Son were amazing, especially the little boy. I don't want to give much away, but I may even go watch this again, which I rarely do. Awesome ending for me.

Pan (2015)

Enjoyable

Warning: Spoilers
This is not your typical Peter Pan story, I found it very entertaining as a adult. I didn't know if it was a love story between the adults or a background story of Peter Pan. But overall I enjoyed it. The singing kind of through me off in the early part of the movie. I watched it with my 8yr old Daughter and after a while she fell asleep but she did have a busy day prior to watching the film. I gave the movie a 7 for the background of how the fabled cast of the story became involved, but for a child, I wonder if it became too deep at sometimes. Nice large epic scenes that made the movie move at a nice pace. For us adults that have loved the mindset of never growing up we will enjoy it. I don't recommend it for a child under 8.

Clutch (2014)

A triumph for a new and upcoming filmmaker.
6 May 2015
As I began watching Clutch the first thing that I was attracted to was the gritty look and feel of the short. It went right along with the darkness of the film. The cast all carried on their roles like they had been doing this for a long time. The project itself was a nice work and now I am looking for an additional follow-up. Clutch is exciting and thrilling enough to pull you in waiting to see what happens next. It was a pleasant surprise to see the director himself in the project. Usually most directors try to do both and fail but Mr. Blayz pulled it off with little effort. I hope they go into production to finish the story, I'm waiting to see what happens.

This made me a fan
19 February 2015
Amazing film that held my attention from beginning to end. I followed her career as she got older. It seemed and I hope not that she will become type cast. And what is not already said about the Director. Beautifully shot in it's own dark underworld. I go back every so often and watch this film. The young actor showed a maturity in playing this dark role. I wonder if she was fearful in the making of what is a classic for me. For the writers I know I tell them to watch all of this directors films. Del Toro did an awesome job in bringing the characters to life especially the underworld characters. Now was this a dream or her reality.
