Well, in contrast to IMDB rating of 4.8, I find this movie quite good and gave it a 7.
The world has lost it resources like water, food etc. The Humanity Bureau suposidely is helping the poor people. However, The Humanity Bureau Agent soon finds out the real intention of the bureau and goes rogue.
A good action/adventure movie. However, the action sequences are not up to the mark.
