Best RTD2 Episode Yet

Warning: Spoilers
The 60th episodes were nostalgic and great and the following 3 episodes wearnt necessarily bad however left me with mixed opinions, boom was amazing and this episode was even better, Ruby had a great amount of character development and the direction gave me years and years and turn left vibes. The episode was scary not only in a horror way but in a real world way with the political stuff and abuse plot line, very adult subjects tackled in a clever way. Some things were left unclear though such as the ending, but overall the episode was 50 minutes of gold. The scenery and atmosphere, especially in the pub was amazing too.

A Tense Two Hander (almost)
2 December 2023
Warning: Spoilers
An episode set on a mysterious space ship, with no Tardis or no sonic, the doctor and Donna face themselves! Literally! The episode took a little time to get going but once it did I was on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what was happening along with the doctor and Donna on screen. I liked the references to past episodes such as the flux and loved the Wilfred mott cameo, a really sweet moment. It was a shame there were no additional doctor cameos but the episode was still good. The Isaac Newton part at the beginning didn't really tie in to the rest of the episode apart from the whole mavity thing, but it was a fun little scene. Some of the cgi was very good but some of it was a bit poor.

A Unique Tale
1 May 2023
When watching this film I couldn't be more pleased with the plot line and direction, this talented young director has such vision and originality. I love how this story takes place in York and leaves you on the edge of your seat throughout! I still have burning questions though, like what did the Holly leave mean? Perhaps the name of someone who was close to the protagonist? Someone he met at university? I don't know. Perhaps it will be answered in night watch 2. I love how this film has a rich character driven story, it reminds me of a Japanese film I once watched. All in all a great story and film.

A great start
19 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
A series opener which established the characters for the final series, great to see the commonwealth and Alexandria in ruin after the whisperer war. Would have been better if they'd been a couple of extra scenes such as eugene and co stealing the amour and Maggie agreeing to take negan on the supply run. Other than that the episode did a good job of continuing the story and returning to the walking dead's old ways of having the walkers as the main antagonist.

A Satisfying Finale
5 March 2021
Warning: Spoilers
After 9 episodes marvel pulled off a great finale, key plot elements were wrapped up and answers were left flying to lead into captain marvel 2 and dr strange 2. The episode had some stunning emotional moments however did feel a little bit rushed in some places. I was disappointed Dr Strange didn't cameo but the sorcerer supreme refrence gave us something. Also Quicksilvers conclusion was an anticlimax and Darcy didn't do a lot. I enjoyed Vision vs Vision and Wanda vs Agatha. The threat of sword was handled quite well however once Agatha was defeated they could have done a little more with this. Other than that the series was great and had lots of funny and interesting moments and is definitely worth a watch.

It's grown on me
16 February 2020
Warning: Spoilers
When I first watched this episode I went in with a very pessimistic view after the previous 2 rushed and illogical episodes. For that reason I didn't enjoy. However when I have rewatched I've realised that I would have accepted this episode as great if the mad queen arc had been across more episodes. Danys death was a beautifully directed and even brans Coronation was great. Loved the ending scene and the musical score.

Worst Jodie Episode Yet. If not whole Show!
17 January 2020
Well, what can I stay. This story got off to a terrible start, firstly - what was that rabbit thing? The CGI was awful/yes I know it was fake but the teleportation and the little worm thins wearnt. Secondly, the conclusion to the episode was rushed and the costumes were just awful and unrealistic.

A surprising film
14 January 2020
When I first saw the trailer I laughed but thought it would be another comedy with no plot and just crude jokes. However the film gave me a pleasant surprise in that it consisted of both comedy and serious drama and messages. Yes. This film may have worked without Hitler, however hitler was symbolic of how he was in the minds of boys at the time. Hilarious but also touching this film was.

Not great. But okay ending
29 September 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This season could have been so much better. Atleast 10 episodes in my opinion if not 20. Thought Jon killing dany had a lack of buildup. Would have been better if she was about to kill Tyrion. Ayra felt pointless in the finale, though I liked her ending as well as Sansas. Loved the ending scene and musical score. Thought Jon deserved a better fate as was the point in all the buildup. Bran becoming King would have made more sense if Jon had died, but was a good choice considering he can keep an eye on all the kingdoms. The acting was mostly great, especially peter dinklage. Did think that Jamie and Cersei could have died in better ways. But what can we do. Was partially satisfied by ending but thought final steps to get here wasn't great.

Could have been better.
14 August 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Let's start with the positives, the ending scene was beautiful, most of the characters fates were satisfying and the musical score was great. However this episode has many flaws. Firstly, Danys death could have been so much better, perhaps if Jon had killed her moments before she executed Tyrion this scene would have been so more better. Another scene which annoys me is the election scene, why Bran? A better choice would have been someone with experience or even Gendry who had Targaryen blood, a compromise which would have pleased the unsullied and the lords and commoners of Westeros. Finally, a small change which would have made this episode much better was if Jon had a more justifiable fate, the unsullied must have known there was no need for a nights watch so why was he sent. A better fate would have been either Jon dying or just going into exile.

I watched this and knew what it was going to be before hand, a lot of people only dislike this as they were expecting an actual episode.

Good Moments, But Has Flaws
20 May 2019
Warning: Spoilers
The episode had some good moments, Ayra and Sansa had great endings, Jon's ending was good as well as some of the other characters. However, Danys death was disappointing and jons motivations for killing her was also disappointing, perhaps if she'd burnt Tyrion is front of him it would have been better. Brans naming was a good scene, However it was kind of random. Drogon burning the iron throne was also out of no where which made it disappointing. The episode got off to a good start, Tyrion's acting was great. However this episode could have been done a lot better.

A satisfying episode
13 May 2019
Warning: Spoilers
It's been leading up to this since the first episode. Danyerous finally getting the Throne! Her mad queen arc was a bit out of random but not totally out of no where, so it was acceptable. The visuals were great, and so was the action. A shocking end for Varys, which again, how did Dany know she'd been betrayed, guess a little bird slipped up about his plan. Qyburn and Harry Stricklands end was great, Glegane Bowl was awesome, Jamie VS Euron was also quite good, bit strange when Euron broke the 4th wall. Cersei and Jamie's end was very we'll acted, could have been killed by wildfire instead. Ayras point of view was also good. So overall it was a great episode.

Can people please stop giving this episode hate...
6 May 2019
...unless you have a legitimate reason. I agree this episode got off to a slow start and the night king was killed too easily. However you can't judge an episode on a few scenes and especially the entire show. Game of thrones is one of those shows where it doesn't always please you, and that's what makes it Game Of Thrones.

It GOT Better
6 May 2019
Warning: Spoilers
The first half of this episode was kind of boring and the plot didn't seem to go anywhere, I thought for some time that the episode was going to be one big party which isn't game of thrones. However once dany arrived on dragonstone this episode became exciting and tense. Rhegals death came out of nowhere which is pour GOT and missandeis death at the end really redeemed this episode and proved Season 8 isn't nice which we thought it was.

So Sad, but awesome
28 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Oh this episode was probably one of the most exciting things I've ever watched. From Drogon fighting Viserion in a Harry Potter like duel to Jon Fighting the night king man to man, this episode was amazing. So sad to see many characters meet there end, including Theon and Brienne who died in the most heroic ways. So many characters had there moments such as Varys sacrificing himself so other could get on the dragon and Melisandre who arrived last minute to save the scarred faced girl when Davos couldn't. It was awesome. A great episode and and a unforgettable one.

Better than a multi million budget Star Wars film
25 April 2019
A lot better plot and dialogue than the last Jedi, very interesting to see a different side of Vader. It may be officially not canon, but it is to me, unlike the last Jedi. The effects were good for its low budget and the acting was great throughout.

Great build up
22 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Although there was minimal action in this episode, it really did build the tension for the next episode and the battle for the living. In addition, this episode gave us some great character development and scenes, particularly with some of the more minor characters. However this episode did see the absence of Cersei and Bronn, which was kind of bad.

Underrated Sequal
19 February 2019
What a great film with great characters, great scenery and an awesome conclusion, although this film lacks the tension which the first film had, there's always something going on. For example there's no drag such as three men sat on a boat talking for 20 minutes. I would say I actually enjoyed this more than the original, yes you can shoot me for saying that but I would genuinely recommend this film

Best in the series
21 October 2018
Without a doubt the best episode in the series so far, every thing from the historical context, the music, the scenery, the acting and the story was great, loved the great dynamic between sci-fi and history. The villain and Martin Luther King could have had some more development and we could have actually seen the bus boycott. But overall it was a fantastic historical story!

Chibnalls at it again!
18 October 2018
After episode 1 I thought chibnall had learned not to have quick resolutions to his stories, but he hadn't. Firstly the scenery and effects were great, but the execution of the plot wasn't. This story had a very bland plot, good guest cast and good music, but not a good plot! Don't like the new tardis either.

Mostly Good
8 October 2018
This episode surprised me with the surprising good acting from the cast. The story had great scenery, great music and a great plot. However the effects weren't that good and looked a bit fake in some points. Jodie's acting was mostly great, however a bit melodramatic.

Surprisingly Funny
6 October 2018
When going into this film I didn't have high expectations due to some negative reviews. However this film surprised me with the over the top slapstick humour through out the film. Loved the portrayal from Rowan as well as the other cast members
