Wow, I am impressed. This is a film I could watch multiple times, show my kids, show my grandkids in future years. I didn't know what to expect, but this is just what I needed to keep my Pokémon hopes high (after some game releases I'm not particularly fond of for whatever reasons.) There is enough action, comedy, drama and more to make this a seriously entertaining film.

The graphics cause a little bit of a weird "filter" over some of the scenes depending on where and what objects but honestly I got used to it quickly, because I enjoyed the story and the Pokémon of course. I didn't ask for a film like this to be made, but I'm glad they did it.

Lastly, I had the feeling I did when I watched Pikachu return for the rematch against Raichu with the victorious out outcome for the Thunderbadge. I've revisited that episode and I'll revisit this movie alike.

I recommend this to all Pokémon fans, young or old!

This movie is a great effort, but falls short in all categories. Interesting premise, albeit popular and unoriginal, I still enjoy sci-fi bombs.. (this was just barely not a bomb.) There is enough to be intrigued, while acting is adequate at best. And take note of the digital graphics: while low level, still fun to observe. It's so funny, because I restarted Mass Effect: Andromeda (PS4) the night before I watched this film. Very similar stuff (including art...) except that Mass Effect had more than 89 minutes and a larger budget to execute something expansive and filled out. If I'm not mistaken - I saw Andromeda 2 may be in the works. If they get another chance, let us hope for a bigger budget.

The movie was fun, funny, and exciting. The digital graphics/effects were great and so was the cadence of the film. The story itself was very coherent with great reveals later in the movie that fit all the pieces together. There were few imperfections, as it was almost ruined by some over the top, random "cameo/appearances"... but it was a small part of an otherwise very entertaining experience. Brad Pitt, the Twins, and the rest of the bill did an amazing job creating a fun story almost like a "who dunnit" type of story. I laughed pretty hard, and was on the edge of my seat quite enough. Enjoy the fun and brutality!

The use of mixed media and nostalgia based scenes... I can't recommend this enough! It moves fast, not for everyone - granted. Otherwise, if you love retro games and superheroes then you've struck gold. I can't wait for the future of this type of presentation (while others vomit over it). Give it a shot!

I am a long time Bob's fan which is why it was so disappointing to see the final result of the movie. I know Bob's has been using music in the show since day 1, but the musical numbers drone on in this movie making it really too long without adding much. I found it more difficult than a 20+ minute episode to get into, and it just didn't have the same spark the regular Bob's episodes present. (Admittedly the show itself is losing steam, more musical numbers and relying on new/side character stories.) I realize it was maybe a team/company goal to make a movie, but Bob's was probably best left untouched as a TV series.

Actors do their best, and the writing is bad. Confusing, slow most of the time, has no character. Worst Riddler to date. Worst Batman movie in awhile.

Very interesting film. Either accept the style and all that comes with it, or get out. Not for everyone. I would minimize environmental and biological damage imagery in a PG13 (avoiding spoilers, apologize for being vague). But otherwise, very fun flick.

This movie did a great job bringing Mortal Kombat back to life. New faces, fun fights, awesome FX. Also, funny. As an original MK gamer and fan of the original film, I was impressed and pleased. My one quarrel unfortunately has to do with the performance of Sonya Blade. I'm sorry I had to point this out, but it is clear she is the outlier in this fun film. Acting aside, the film was fun yet missing something.. that said, there should be more to come...
