The Blacklist: Requiem (2017)
Mr. Kaplan, a backstory worthy of sympathy
What a fantastic episode, for us to deeply feel for a character who'd betrayed our beloved protagonist means her story was rooted in tragedy.
So much relevant history is revealed in this episode, and we have a chance to understand more of the why as the webs of mystery become entangled.
Kate is a sympathetic antagonist now, but in the end, it is her choices that ultimately lead to this outcome.
To quote John Wick, consequences.
What If...?: What If... Doctor Strange Lost His Heart Instead of His Hands? (2021)
Heartbreaking, Dark, and Spectacular
Wow, what an episode.
**SPOILERS**
To see Dr. Strange have to relieve his lover's death endlessly, knowing it was inevitable was heart wrenching.
The fact he also destroyed a universe, and felt remorse in the end (to no avail) was a chilling ending which was decidedly different than other MCU films.
The acting, stories, and animation are spectacular! So many people make this show a must watch.

Not only do we get the return of our beloved heroine Ahsoka Tano, who by the way kills stealthily like a force-wielding Batman, but we get the world building and character reveals to set Disney up for many successful shows in this Universe.
Grand Admiral Thrawn is arguably the most brilliant strategist and compelling antagonist in the Star Wars universe, and the fact we might be seeing him soon is beyond enticing.
