What else can be said about Vanessa Redgrave that hasn't been said yet?I think I have the answer for that difficult question. She makes me feel that she's acting specially for me. She makes me remember all I was taught by my parents and the world itself, that one should always be true to himself and never make any concessions to whatever might come between him and his or her beliefs.Nevertheless, this time she outdid herself and managed to have Trevor Morgan contribute with his huge talent to her brilliant performance , thus delighting us all. Bravo once again Vanessa! Bravo ,endearing child Travor who one day shall be sitting alongside all the "sacred monsters" of the film industry. Last but not least,I honestly hope that Peter O'Fallon continues selecting scripts that will hold audiences in suspense for a long long time.

I speak in earnest.Tonight I will pray for the man responsible for having cast Heath Ledger in such a delightful movie which boosted my morale in such a drab afternoon.Although Brazil beat Croatia in the World Cup yesterday,I was truthfully disappointed on account of the meager 1-0 score. Thank God I turned on my TV in time to see "A knight's Tale", a film that's been shown several times but which I had never had the chance to see.What script! What acting! What marvelous cinematography!I sincerely wish that Hollywood would indulge us with more entertaining,well written , sharply directed films like that.It's OK to see a slapstick comedy or a serious drama from time to time. Nevertheless it's my Senior citizen's right to expect Hollywood producers to bear in mind that not only teens or children like to feel that something has been made for them. At the age of 69, can you imagine how many violent movies I have seen? Heath Ledger is a smooth guy and a fabulous actor. I hope that some of the qualities he passes on to the audience, are true of him in real life. Heath, "You got it made".

Although some time has elapsed between my seeing this movie and today, I've decided to add a little comment just to show the producers, director,actors and writer, how marvelous it is to acknowledge that a certain change is taking place in this old world of ours.I'm a 69 year old grandpa who has always taken a stand against any sort of discrimination. In this case and naturally not by accident, it's about homosexuality.People love nature but they seldom respect human nature. Love is for everyone and not only for those that are socially considered "politically correct". Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal have shown the world that stereotypes have nothing to do with honesty, affection,tenderness and true sorrow. Beautiful, unforgettable performances which have enriched all the viewers' craving to be loved, accepted and regarded as first class citizens. Congratulations.

I was truly surprised to see a young actor really passing on to the audience,his feelings as to his feebleness as a human being when confronted with a priceless loss. Most of us that have been through similar experiences , always expect to identify ourselves with characters in motion pictures but in most cases, we kind of feel frustrated that movie plots don't generally allow the performer to go all the way, cutting their role immersions short Billy Cudrup didn't let that happen and this time we fared better. The same can be said about Jennifer Connelly whose acting talent can only be matched with her beauty.It is my honest opinion that both actors should have been given leading parts in major productions which unfortunately much to my disappointment or lack of information, did not happen. Keep up the excellent work, Billy and Jennifer.
