This beautiful and thought-provoking movie by Debra Granik is full of life because of the strong characterization of the two main characters. The closeness between them, their journey, the people they met along, and finally the woods... I am not wise enough to figure out why the title was given for this movie, but what I figured was that there are times that one has to take their journey of choice no matter how attached or indebted they are to the other.

Thomasin McKenzie with Ben Foster gave a remarkable performance and they have a lot of chemistry between them playing as dad and daughter.

An action movie that not to be missed. It is not simply because of the cast, their natural talent or their action performance but on the various messages that one single movie can provide to the audience in this digital era. Simply put, the main synopsis is all about how vulnerable people can easily be manipulated with their own personal data with sophisticated digital technology. This one movie will make one think whether it is really safe to use a handphone which is very essential for us now! It also gives other food of thoughts like family values, love, forgiveness and to be brave to fight back against injustice not only for oneself but for everyone. Yes, there are times where logic can be tested. For instance, will the police still allow the person who has been handcuffed to wear a high tech wrist watch? Well... Just simply lean back and watch the show. Vishal, Samantha, and Arjun will make sure that you will enjoy it!

The movie is about someone who has been asked to solve an old crime mystery. Instead of just thinking about the outcome of the ending, it is more relevant for viewers to sit back and see how a brilliant investigator noses around to solve the mystery for someone she cares.

Kristen Bell is that person plays the pivotal role as the private investigator and has done her role well. Together with the beautiful plot on how the investigation goes, nail biting occasions on who might have done the crime, occasionally unpredictable scenes and yet touching human lives made movie a gem to viewers.

My only negative point? Even though one might not be able to predict the plot till the end for sure, its quite obvious to predict the outcome of the love triangle and her career decision at the end. Especially if you have seen the movie 'Sweet home Alabama'.

The character Jack Reacher was a part of Military Police in US army was called upon by the request of James Barr before goes into coma in hospital bed, a sharpshooter and the prime suspect who shot five people. Reluctantly accepting the request yet wants to know the truth, Reacher joins Barr's defence attorney Helen Rodin charmingly played by Rosamund Pike. Reacher is a person who would not hesitate to put his neck for justice but one may wonder why here he is on defence side. Jack Reacher movie was based on novel 'One Shot' by Lee Child. The main character was brilliantly portrayed by Tom Cruise and I would not hesitate to say that he did his best in bringing the character to live. I do understand if the fiction novel's fans vehemently disagree and in fact, some gave negative review on Cruise playing the fictional role as Jack Reacher. My disagreement to them is that even though Matt Damon who was terrific in Bourne series, he is considered timid to my perception of Jason Bourne. I read the third series of Ludlum's Bourne Ultimatum after watching the movie. But in my mind, Matt Damon never replaced my perception of Jason Bourne who is also the dark side of David Webb. I am not here to review on Bourne but for Jack Reacher and Tom Cruise did his best which made the movie to be watched by all action and thriller fans.

I first saw the DVD on the library shelf not knowing what is it about. Never heard of this movie before and never saw the poster in any of the cinemas. But i took it because of the good cast shown on it's cover. Who can resist Pierce Bronson and Mario Bello? It turns out to be interesting and I believe it's a good movie to watch. Shows how extend one is forced to do anything yet not knowing why he is doing it. Ever wondered why bad things happen to good people? The revealing on "Who breaks a butterfly upon a wheel?" at the end explains it all. I must conclude saying that, it's not a great movie but it's a good one to watch. Pierce Bronson displays a frightening performance and rest of the cast have done their part well.

Late Mr. Patmarajan has a habit. He loves to glue his viewers to the seat and hypnotize them by his unique movies. Like Aparan, Thoovana thumbikal, Kallan pavithran, Ennale etc. He does the same or even much further in Namukku Parkkan Munthiri Thoppukal. Malayalam movie viewers still miss him.

In this love story, characters Solomon (Mohanlal) and Sofia (Shari) wins our heart. Whereas, the step father is the key role (Award winning role by Thilakan) that stays with us all the time. Perfect cast in every way. Superb photography, great screenplay and unique setting makes this movie a real gem. I wish men could have his heart when it comes to love...

It may look ordinary movie to anyone. But it stand out as one of the most unique feature malayalam movies at all time. Because it has the realistic approach and fine finishing. A wonderful movie to watch with family.

Balu (mammootty) a well known journalist who has no family of his own, recollects best memories of his best friend (sukumaran) and his wife (who balu considered as his own sister and friend),a well known poet (suparna). His best friend and wife are the only family he had. But Balu's life was shattered to pieces by his sister's death. It was more heart breaking news for Balu as he finds out that his sister committed suicide.

But Balu's best friend insists an answer (utharam) for his wife's death, thereby leading balu to set his journey to find out the root cause of his sister's death.

On his journey of deep search he meets his sister's friend (parwathy) who was her childhood friend. On further step, balu finds out the most shocking and haunting secret he ever faced that led his sister to death.
