Lots of magic in this movie!
11 October 2015
Ferngully is one of the best 20th Century Fox cartoons. Robin Williams made this movie fresh and hilarious as Batty, and Samantha Mathis is wonderful as Crysta. The story is about Crysta trying to save a man named Zack, who's about the get hit by a falling tree and later, Crysta and Zack become the best of friends! I'm glad that Zak was there to save Ferngully from Hexsus who wants to get rid of Ferngully. This movie is peaceful and funny at times. I've never seen the second Ferngully, and Zack wasn't even in it, and he wasn't there to save wildlife from poachers in the sequel. This movie is a classic, Robin Williams and Samantha Mathis were excellent!

Mulan (1998)
Then best animated Disney movie with one major flaw.
11 October 2015
Mulan is such a beautiful animated Disney movie! It has, comedy, action, romance, and it's a little scary at times. The songs are wonderful, too. My sister, Kaley, has told me that this is her favorite Disney movie. The animation is very good. This movie is about an Asian girl named Mulan, who steals her farther's amour and impersonates a man solider to fight in the imperial army. Mushu is so funny, he's played by Eddie Murphy who also does Donkey in Shrek. This movie makes be laugh out loud at times, it's that funny in certain parts of the film.

Major flaw! Now I have to to talk about the only bad part of Mulan.

Shaun-Yu is the scariest and dumbest villain created next to Sykes from Oliver & Company. The movie is about to turn the wrong direction whenever they show the villain, Shaun-Yu. But thank goodness this movie doesn't get to horrid to watch at times when the major flaw comes up!

George of the Jungle 2 (2003 Video)
8/10
Me new George, studio to cheep to pay Brendan Fraser
11 October 2015
I saw this movie again with my dad, and we thought it turned out to be better than the first live action film. George of the Jungle 2 didn't star Brendan Fraser as George in this one. Chris Showermen does the role this time around as George. Chris Showermen was an amazing George, he even played the part better then Brendan Fraser! This is funnier than the first! Keith Scott returns as being the narrator with some funnier jokes that will make you laugh out loud. Most of the jungle animals talk in this sequel, like the mean lion and some other animals. Thomas Haden Church comes back as Lyle, and John Cleese returns as being an ape named ape. I was surprised how good this turned out to be! Me new George, studio to cheep to pay Brendan Fraser! Do you agree that Showermen made a better George, or not? I agree, do you?

One of the best animated movies!
11 October 2015
When I first saw this in the movie theater, it was amazing! This version of Wizard of Oz has some of the same characters from The Wizard of Oz like, Dorothy, Tin Man, Scarecrow, and the Lion. The jester is a interesting villain instead of the wicked witch from the west from the classic. The characters you love are joined by a few new friends! Oz kids was another version of Wizard of Oz, but this version is even better! The songs are great, they'll make you want to sing and have fun! When the world is my favorite song in the movie. Lea Michelle does a great job as Dorothy and her singing voice, too. This version of The Wizard of Oz is better than the classic, and Oz Kids!

Strong as he can be!
11 October 2015
George of the Jungle is a cool movie about an ape man living in the jungle. This movie is kind of a copy of Tarzan, but it isn't awful. This movie was funny, and it was also a little boring. This movie to me wasn't making since at times. A guy falling of a bridge 30 stories high, then he survives, and there's another scene where a bad guy shoots George in the head, and then George lives! Brendon Fraser's performance as George was wonderful, and this movie also has John Cleeese, and Thomas Haden Church. The song at the begging of the movie was cool because it starts out as a cartoon, and then after the song, the live action starts. I would only revisit the funny parts of the movie, I would rather not watch the whole thing.

New favorite animated movie!
10 October 2015
The Hero of Color City is one of my new all time favorite animated movies! The story is about a boy named Ben. When he falls asleep, his crayons come to life! There's are lots of color, music, and magic! When I first saw this movie, it blew my mind away! The animation is well done. What's makes this movie more interesting is you hear the voice of Lighting McQueen from Cars in this movie, Owen Wilson. This movie is great for young kids and it's not dark or violent at all. The music is flawless, and the songs are well fitting. This movie has some things that could make you laugh. I like how this movie has a river that has a mix of colors like, red, blue, orange, green, yellow, and purple. An unforgettable adventure! You don't want to miss it!

Little Bear (1995–2003)
Little Bear is great and wonderful!
10 October 2015
Little Bear is such an adorable show with characters you'll love, and they teach you things! The animation is really good, it's not second rate at all. One of the reasons Little Bear is such a great TV show is because it's made by Nelvana Entertainment. Nelvana Entertainment makes other great shows like, Franklin, Bubble Guppies, and The Magic School Bus. Little Bear is a classic, and it's the kind of show that never gets old! The stories take place out in the country, never in the city. Some of the background artwork is splendid. It looks realistic! I hope they make an newer season of Little Bear because, I just can't get enough of it! This show used to air on Nick. Jr. Try it, you'll like it!

Not exactly my cup of tea.
10 October 2015
There are a few things that's not so cool about this movie. It gets old after watching it more than three times, some of the songs aren't very good, and the beast yelling is disturbing. I like the characters, and Gaston is one of the coolest and funniest villain in any Disney movie. He want to Mary Belle, and kill the beast. Disney could have done better with this movie! There were a few funny moments, like when Gaston fell in the mud, and Belle's father sneezing on a clocks face. There's a scene near the end where Gaston gets into a big fight with the Beast, and stabs him with a knife. A little bit of violence and heavy for a kids flick right there, eh? It was okay, I wouldn't see it again.

Not Disney's Best.
10 October 2015
This movie used to scare me when I was little, it was too horrid to watch. Too scary for kids, and a little too dumb for adults. The story was decent, but not as great as it could have been. It still has a few good songs, good characters. The animation was okay, not great. Ariel is a beautiful character, she makes the movie fresh at times. Sebastian and Flounder are well fitting characters, too, and the villain is very easy to hate.

Overall, do I like the film? Not really. Do I hate it? Not Really.

Watch The Lion King, Tarzan, or Brother Bear, those are the better Disney movies!

Dragon Tales (1999–2005)
2/10
Bland and Forgettable.
10 October 2015
In my opinion, Dragon Tales is not great or fun at all. It's way to unrealistic, silly, and annoying. The story's about a girl and a boy named Emmy and Max who visit talking annoying dragons. The animation is very weak and unfinished, the songs are unoriginal. Why aren't Emmy and Max and the dragons ever singing these songs? Why do they have to have guest vocals singing on every one? It makes so sense at all, I just don't get Dragon Tales at times! Most animated kids show's that I have watched make sense, it's rare I watch an animated preschool show that has lots of things that aren't making sense in certain episodes like Dragon Tales. The jokes, none of them funny. Some of the voice acting was very weak. Andrea Libman just dose not make a good Emmy. Andrea Libman just can't make a good little girl voice for Emmy. Danny McKinnon was decent, but not great as Emmy's brother, Max. It's cool when these animated preschool shows can get a happy ending with the parents coming into the room to check on they're kids, but not in this show. Arthur, Oswald, and Little Bear are more entertaining than this show. The only thing I liked about Dragon Tales was the music. Still, this show was bland and forgettable.

Decent film, certainly not as good as The Lion King, but has it's moments.
10 October 2015
The Brave Little Toaster is a film I loved when I was younger but now, it's just average. This movie is about five appliances, a toaster, a vacuum, a radio, a lamp, and a blanket who go into the city to find they're master because when he was younger, he wasn't taking care of his appliances. Willard Carol was the producer of The Brave Little Toaster, and the creator for Oz Kids believe it or not. This movie had some greta voice cast like Jon Lovitz, Thrul Ravenscott, and Phil Hartman. I found this film to be very funny at times, and it's also a little scary at parts. One of the reasons I only five this 6 out of 10 stars is this film wasn't as good as The Lion King. I guess The Lion King is better because, it has a better story, songs, characters, animation, and it's more popular. Decent film, not bad or great either.

The Lion King (1994)
Disney's best animated feature since The Brave Little Toaster!
10 October 2015
The Lion King is probably one of Disney's best animated features. The story is about a young lion cub named, Simba, who wants to be king of the jungle. The voice cast was great, it has James Earl Jones, Nathan Lane, Matthew Broderick, Whoopie Goldberg, Jim Cummings, and other voice talents. The animation is wonderful, it looks like the movies animators got it all right! This movie has some of the best Disney songs. Circle of Life is just an amazing song and there's other great ones. I love the characters, Timon & Pumba are hilarious. There's a scene in the middle where Simba's father gets killed by Scar. Scar is the villain in this movie and he wants to be king, that's the main reason why Scar killed Mafasa, Simba's dad. The ending was happy and great. A Disney movie that's much better than The Brave Little Toaster! Check The Lion King out, you'll love it!

Strange.
10 October 2015
This is one of Disney's darkest animated features, and it's also really sad and violent, too! Too boring and grim for kids, and a little too insipid for adults. This movie has suggestive themes, killing, mild violence, rude humor, and a city called Paris gets burned down near the end of the movie. A little to heavy for a kids flick, eh? That's what so strange about this movie. It's supposed to be a kids flick when it's really more for of an adult movie. This movie should have been a rated PG while being offered a rated G. Frollo is supposed to be one of the best and meanest villains in any Disney movie. A better villain than Sykes from Oliver & Company I should say. The songs are unoriginal. Helfire is the worst song in the whole movie, I thought that song was a little heavy for a kids flick. Quasimodo is the main character in this movie. His mother was killed by Frollo at the begging of the movie, and Quasimodo lived all by himself in the bell tower. Quasimodo has three talking gargoyles that come to life, and he's very good friends with them! Esmeralda is a beautiful gypsy girl, she a very likable character. It was disappointing that the hero doesn't get the girl at the end of this film. Esmeralda ended up marrying Phoebes instead of Quasimodo at the end of the film, how lame! Not the worst animated film, but it was kind of forgettable.
