Poor performance on PC
15 September 2021
I have a GTX 1070 and the game cannot maintain even a 1080p60 at high settings, let alone a higher resolution or higher settings. So I couldn't even play it as I had frame drops which I can't handle.

Voice volume too low compared to everything else
1 May 2018
Started episode 1, they're playing cards and I adjusted the volume to hear their dialogue but then the subsequent sound effects almost made me deaf.

Bill Burr: Walk Your Way Out (2017 TV Special)

Not as good as the previous one
1 February 2017
I love Bill Burr. His last special, I'm Sorry You Feel That Way, is one of the best I've ever seen. His podcasts are hilarious as are his appearances on podcasts and late night shows, especially Conan. I hate to say this, but this is not as good as the previous one or even as some of his podcasts or appearances. Some bits I've already heard on Conan and elsewhere he appeared, others felt overly long and acted out too much. I'm afraid being married and expecting / having a kid might have reduced his "psychosis" as he admits to trying to being less angry and stuff. It's really difficult to come up with 10 lines of review, so I recommend listening to his podcast for those who haven't until now.

Louie fans will love this; others – might as well
10 February 2016
After 2 episodes, this, for me, a Louie series fan, is great. Those who love the awkward, uncomfortable comedy, will find it abundant here. I hadn't expected anything specific before watching this because this is Louis C.K., he does it his own unique way. I think Louis himself sums it up perfectly:

"Warning: this show is not a "comedy". I dunno what it is. It can be funny. And also not. Both. I believe that "funny" works best in its natural habitat. Right in the jungle along with "awful", "sad", "confusing" and "nothing". I just think it's fair this one time to warn you since you have every right to expect a comedy from a comedian."

So, if you've enjoyed anything that Louis had done, definitely check this out, if not – I sincerely recommend you to. What you can expect is great dialogue, untouched by political correctness. This is very refreshing.

Foyle's War (2002–2015)

This is a melodrama
9 October 2014
Warning: Spoilers
I could only watch half of the first episode. I guess I expected something different, but this is a melodrama in the backdrop of WWII. I'm not interested in melodramas and constant crying. The continuity errors (like the wire that killed Mrs. Beaumont is clearly put at the level of horse's feet but cuts her head off) and the level of implausibility and dumb behavior just for the sake of subsequent plot development like how can a middle-aged detective go behind some sheds to arrest a guy he doesn't know anything about and hope he doesn't outrun him or simply beat him up; or, after his daughter is killed during bombing, a father says "If I could just lay my hands on any ONE German", just to add a possible suspect for the sake of it. And the aunt conveniently gets a heart attack as she is taken to a spy prison. If you expect some clever detective work or many intense war scenes, this is not it. This is a melodrama. With all the corresponding clichés.
