So to me ( even though I have yet to see season 3 ) was a precursor for the Cole/Phoebe storyline. It was so intriguing to see how her dark side was, and when she and Anton joined hands and sat there looking at the sisters I got a sense of other old school villain teams. I also enjoyed how we went to the 1920's and saw the clothes and heard the music. So far the season has picked up from it's stagnant beginning, with Prue quitting Buckland's and the club picking up business. Phoebe has really gone through some transformations this season. I gotta say the sisters powers in their past life were very awesome. Prue breathing ice, Phoebe casting fire, it was all so very entertaining to watch.

Phoebe's persistence and attitude were the only reason I gave this episode 8 stars. I found it distracting, and while it did encourage Prue to tackle the demon, and help overcome her anguish over Andy, I still felt it too much. However the addition of Dan and the little girl are an interesting mix in the bag, I'm eager to see how they will make ripples in the story. I am also interested to see how Darryl will come more into play in the show now that Andy is gone. Other than all of that, I loved how the demon was bringing back all the vanquished demons and warlocks of the past. It was all done in great fashion and am anticipating the season.

For name's sake I am giving this 10 out of 10. So let's start with the positive: Cas is ultimately cured, so now the brothers have their winged soldier back on their side ready and focused. We got to see Rowena, which for me is always the best kind of treat. The mytharc main storyline is dragging in this episode. First she's a child, then she progresses towards a teenager. I really wished she had just chosen a woman vessel instead of wasting time, because we all know where the build is going. However what is truly compelling is what does the darkness want? where is the motive for being back on earth? I guess that's what we'll soon find out. But will someone please tell Rowena I am all for being in the "mega coven".

So all in all this was a big episode, because in this Andy finally ( although he practically already knew ) saw for himself Prue's ability. Going forward this will and did impact the rest of the season, and maybe detective Trudeau will assist the sisters in their future endeavors. Now I know, though I have not seen yet, that Andy does not quite make it to season 2. Yet maybe he and Prue will still mend some trace of their past and come to term with something. Aside from that it was a great premise for an episode, and wow I forgot about the reporter who witnessed prue's actions and threatened to expose them to the world. That was also a fantastic addition to the episode. 10 out of 10 for me.
