The Holiday (2006)
The Vacation
Myself and my family where browsing the television for something intellectual and came across this. We sat down with our wine and beverages and began to watch. it started very depressingly Similar to the movie bridget jones. The woman with the fake English accent very stereotypical in my opinion. She automatically assumes every man she speaks to is in love with her and cry's when they have a partner. Then we see a skinny American woman who has been cheated on and cannot shed a single tear. Both these woman want to Switch homes and coincidently The British woman has her home on a trade houses site! While attempting to kill herself and better the movie. The American messages her about swapping. when thus arriving at their destinations they completely love it. The American woman hooks up with a snooty man who lies about having children. Then the British one engages with a spastic jack black Fat American.
plot errors i noticed,
American woman gets taxi to destination and says he can't drive all the way to her new home. Then she automatically has a car and drives it to town and back whilst under the influence of alcohol.
Needless to say Me and my family went to bed Depressed.
Night Is Day: The Movie (2012)
Not worth the effort of watching
Me and my family where bored and considered this movie as an option because i used to live in Glasgow which is part of my family heritage. So we paid £1.50 To watch this hoping for something decent if not at least entertaining. It turned out to be an abomination to the movie world. The acting was worse than Terrible. I felt like i was watching a children's school play but with grown adults. I felt embarrassed for those who starred in this. I could have made a better movie with my mobile phone.
I am not usually one to complain about movies but this really did take the biscuit! I am outraged that money could have gone to better use! Like throwing it down the drain! It even put me and my family off our lovely Chinese meal. My uncle Jeremiah felt suicidal and is currently going through a deep depression and has developed a medical condition just because of how bad this was. It felt like it was 5 hours long.
I would have much rather preferred a stroll in a dessert with no source of food and water than ever encounter something as bad as this again. I would call it a movie but i don't think it's worthy of the title. I recommend the disc be burned so no one has to view this vile monstrosity ever again.
