Sportin' Life (2020)
Abel Ferrara's documentary about absolutely nothing during the pandemic
I saw this documentary in Venice with the director in the same theater after receiving a prize. Well, this documentary is terrible. Doesn't tell a story, it's just pieces of junk from Ferrara's mind. Ooohhh, he can play the guitar and sing. Oooohhh, he wanders through Rome. Wow. All this confusing content seems justified by a red line of low-quality pandemic videos.
Sorry, Abel, but this is truly awful.
Just a Bad Screenplay and bad directing
Let me just start saying that Alessandro Borghi is a damn fine actor and he really did a lot of work for this role. But the series is just not entertaining: always the same kind of directing for all the scenes not giving contrast or a change of mood. The screenplay doesn't tell a story, it is about a world, the world of finance and that's it.
I was bored the first episode, the second was even worse. And let me say that Patrick Dempsey doesn't do a great job.
I was hoping this would be the turning point of Borghi's career.
Guido Maria Brera doesn't know how to write a film, that's all.
The Top Gear of Cuisine
Perfect trio with perfect chemistry. Very enjoyable show.
Il traditore (2019)
Finally a high-level Italian movie
From the debates in the halls of Palermo to the killings in the streets, Bellocchio delivers a very well done movie with all the characteristics to be remembered as a great mafia movie. Favino is just fabolous, great acting. A marvelous portrait of a piece of Italian history. Thank you Marco!
Arrested Development (2003)
One of the top sitcom on earth
Wonderful, funny, well-written and fantastic acting. Great job!
So So boring
I thought I could humanize and see the emotions of some of my favourite actors, but no. All I saw was some boring stories from hairdressers and snow men. What kind of backstage is that? So so so so so so dull and boring. Even the producers look autistic. Worst season with the worst backstage.
