Anthology of Thrills
5 April 2019
What Becomes of Us is a lowcountry thriller anthology ripe with horror, suspense and creepiness. The cast runs the gamut of your genre stereotypes but also deliver new, fresh twists on classic themes. From the deeply complex and disturbed Daniel ( Shua Jackson ), to the haunting pathos of Lilah ( Kirsten Ray Johnson ) we feel and fear for the characters, but keep our guard as well with the stories many twists.

Judd Apatow meets David Lynch
5 April 2019
This might be what you'd get if David Lynch directed a Judd Apatow sitcom for a binge platform. Centered around the first five years of a couples marriage ( Phyllis Jackson and Cliff Burgess ), the world they live in is anything but normal. From their virginia slims smoking neighbor ( Shua Jackson ) to their ex-IDF apartment custodian ( Emily Kelly ) to the sensitive bodybuilder Gary ( Brad Brinkley ), this series leaves no stone unturned when it comes to knocking down and rebuilding stereotypes for a new generation.

Chris & Christina kill it
5 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Chris White absolutely kills it in this film. He and Christina Leidel were perfect for their roles in this film. I've seen a number of Chris' other roles and I really feel that he got to the next level on this piece. Down to the nuanced wardrobe choices, he slipped right into the character with ease. It's got that kind of cringe-worthy embarrasement that leaves you laughing with one eye open. Shua Jackson steps in for a small, but quite different role than what we usually see him in.

Intense and deliciously creepy

Shua Jackson gets outside of his sarcastic, comedic roles in this snatched-up thriller. Set in the low country, this twisted tale of abduction will keep you in suspense right up to the credits. Kirsten Ray Johnson delivers a performance that brings you in, yet leaves you wondering how much the character does and doesn't know about the world she's entangled in.

Hilarious with a lot of heart
5 April 2019
This southern dark comedy is a beautifully weaved anthology that glimpes into the lives of people that may only be described as "unbecoming". With goats, musical interludes, dancing, and sex, make sure to check out this humid and humorous romp through the south. And if we don't speak again, I'll see you on the other side of that glorious, nuclear rapture in the sky.
