Jamtara: Sabka Number Ayega (2020)
Captivating story of crime and power
From episode one to the end of the last season, it is quite captivating and thrilling. The portraying of political anarchy is too accurate and cruel which may get on the audiences' nerve. A great crime thriller. Although the focus has shifted from the protagonist to side characters in season 2, but it does not impact the story a bit. Introduction of new characters and the flow of story is very well depicted. A good watch that can keep one hooked from the beginning to end. I hope there would be one more season (s 03) to end up the story with a proper finishing. Nevertheless, the script and story is very captivating.
Decoupled (2021)
Witty, Intellectual, Funny, Deep, Intense
"...Human brain is programmed to remember trauma, so some relationships were probably happier than they are remembered..."
Decoupled, a refreshing, intellectual, witty, funny series on Netflix. I loved it. I laughed so hard at the punchlines. I liked the way how the protagonist sees the world with despise, yet how correct he was!
The dichotomy between the protagonist and Chetan Bhagat was very enjoyable too. Didn't expect the real Bhagat on the screen.
As a writer, as a movie geek, as an urban living guy, I loved this series quite a lot.
"... Separation? So you have fallen out of love with your husband and yet staying together for the sake of the child? That sounds like marriage..".
Khuda Haafiz (2020)
Highly predictable, typical story, unnecessary lengthening with songs, slow motion and useless flashback
There is no single reason I see to watch this movie. It's a joke to thriller. Let aside the fact the all the people in middle east speak Hindi, there are too many flaws and errors in this movie. Besides the script could not be more typical as it is. Every scene can be predicted minutes before. Extremely disappointed! Such a waste!
Chuye Dile Mon (2015)
Worst work of the director
No plotline, no story, no sense. Dialogues are irritating as hell. Waste of time.
Extraction (2020)
Great Action Scenes
I don't care how it portrayed Dhaka. It was a great action thriller. Plot is not anything serious or unique, but actions are great really.
