As I was watching Peaky Blinders, it hovered right around the 8.5/9 star range for me. I loved the characters, the setting, the story, the twists and turns. My complaints came, oddly, with some technicalities. The music and sound REALLY started becoming distracting and annoying the further along I got in the series. There's WAY too many slo-mo montages with a song being played WAY too loud and it happens WAY too often. I found myself straining to understand the dialogue, partly because of the accents, but mostly because of the volume. On a scale of 1-10, the conversations would be at a 3, then a Jack White song would come in for four minutes at a 12. I would still have given the series as a whole an 8, but then I watched the last episode and I got angry.

This ending left SOOOOOO many things unresolved. Sure, the Michael/Tommy conflict was tied up, but otherwise NOTHING. I don't know if there was supposed to be a seventh episode that never materialized or maybe a shortened seventh season, but the last 90 minutes was enough to drop this show to a 7 for me.
