What Star Wars Couldn't Do
20 November 2021
Warning: Spoilers
All fans wanted was for JJ to bring the ol team back together again - Han, Luke, and Leia all on the same screen.

Instead, they were killed off.

Ivan Reitman knows the fans and knows this world. I was so extremely happy and grateful to see all 4 Ghostbusters back on screen again.

Almost brought a tear to my eye.

All Elite Wrestling: All Out (2021 TV Special)

Wrestling is back
6 September 2021
My first time buying a PPV since WWE Money in the Bank 2013. And I'm glad I did.

This had me smiling, gasping, shouting, and hollering all throughout. What a show, what a night, and what a great time.

I am All Elite.

Bad Ending Ruined It All
12 April 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Would've given it a 7 but I had to drop it down to a 6.

That was Edges moment, and everyone knew it. EVERYONE.

Cesaro and Rollins may have stolen the show. Bad Bunny was unexpected I guess. Logan Paul was there for literally no reason. Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley winning were extremely well deserved. Women's Tag Team Turmoil thing was pointless. Show opener with Vince was great.

Overall better than last year just because of the fans and the arena alone, but another win for Roman is another loss for the company.

WandaVision: The Series Finale (2021)
Season 1, Episode 9

I'm sorry...
5 March 2021
Listen, I love Marvel just as much as the next person, but this finale just wasn't it. I much preferred the suspenseful, eerie, and mysterious first half of the season than the second half. And that ending... to quote Deadpool: "Big CGI fight comin' up!"

Look, the effects were great and amazing to look at as always, the acting was just where it needed to be, and all of the other technical aspects were on point too (editing and sound mixing and whatnot). But what fell flat to me was everything else. The story kinda just ends, and not in a fulfilling kinda way (just wait til you see that post credits scene... oh god).

I don't know, maybe I was just expecting too much. Maybe I was crazy for expecting something different from Marvel than a CGI fight. Maybe I was crazy to think that Quicksilver was something more interesting than what they revealed him to be.

I feel like this ending fell into the 'Stranger Things' trap. Season 1 of 'Stranger Things' was all mystery, while season 3 was all big action. Watching the pilot of 'Wandavision' was fantastic. It was all mystery, just like 'Stranger Things' season 1, and it felt like something fresh from Marvel. Watching this here finale felt like watching the 3rd season of 'Stranger Things', if you know what I mean.

Sorry if this review was weird, I'm trying to stay away from spoilers. I loved the ENTIRE season, just not this finale as much.

I hope 'Loki' and that Falcon & Winter Soldier show can keep the MCU alive.

One of the finest British film I have ever seen, and probably the best heist movie ever made.

Best Episode Yet
8 December 2020
Eric Andre, if you're out there reading this, just know that you and the rest of the cast and crew made your best episode yet!

The Pageant killed me. Wished it was a real show.

Can't wait for next season...

The Walking Dead: World Beyond: In This Life (2020)

Absolutely Garbage Writing
30 November 2020
This episode went nowhere. Again.

No big *oh my god* moments. No big reveals or fights. Barely any zombies in a show (supposedly) about zombies. Wayyy too many flashbacks (sometimes there are flashbacks within flashbacks). The acting from most of the kids is very poor (especially from "Iris"). Dull cinematography and landscape, and so many plotholes.

There is a moment in here that is so profoundly dumb, that it completely flips what the entire show has been moving toward on its head. You'll know it when you see it.

This is just a shell of what "The Walking Dead" is or was. I've been a fan for a very long time, and this is just so disappointing. At least "Fear" somewhat lives up to the hype as to being a spinoff to AMC's hit show. The only hype this show had was that is was going to tie into Rick Grimes. And I'm still waiting.

"I told myself that there is no choice to second guess"
24 September 2020
An amazing documentary about the road trip of a lifetime - three students set out to interview various professionals about personal values & hardships, all while finding themselves and figuring out what they want for themselves in live.

Man, I wish I was on that road trip.

Great Episode, Terrible Finale
1 April 2019
Warning: Spoilers
There were a lot of great moments in this episode, not going to lie. Judith saved by Negan, the walkers coming out of the snow, Lydia wanting to kill herself, and the Kingdom falling.

But, as a whole, the episode was branched out, had a lot of boring dialogue, and didn't fit as a finale.

The Walking Dead has had some great finales over the years. Yes, seasons 6 & 8 weren't the most well liked, but they were thrilling, exciting, and both seasons had massive cliffhangers. Season 9? Not really a big cliffhanger. The radio static got me excited a bit, as a hope for Maggie or Rick to return, but that's it. I was only excited for a bit.

After that, the episode just ended. Ended right there. After much buildup, and only a single scene with the Whisperers, it ended. Yes, they want to bring people back for season 10 (and they will), but the ending was dull in a way.

Loved episode 15, as I thought it was one of the best in the entire series. This one, not so much.

Great episode, terrible finale.

I'm still recovering
25 March 2019
Ive neved posted a written review for The Walking Dead, but this episode needed one. What a truly insane episode of television this was. My jaw was hanging wide open the entire last 15 minutes. Words cannot fully describe the shock, brutality, and major twist of this episode. One of the best episodes of The Walking Dead, and one that people are going to talk about forever.

Great RAW!
27 June 2018
Warning: Spoilers
I was here live in San Diego, sitting in the audience. Usually every week, the audience is seemingly dead, with few pops and cheers here and there. I don't know if it was just me, but the crowd in San Diego was INSANE! Everybody was so loud and so hyped - especially for moments like when Bayley turned on Sasha Banks, McIntyre interrupting Dolph Ziggler's and Seth Rollins' Intercontinental Championship match, and even chanting "We want Todd" during the Mojo Rawley hamburger segment. Everything was perfect. Even looking at the score on iMDB, I believe it deserves a bit higher. Great show.

One of the best "CGI" overused Films Today...
25 November 2016
Movies today have been continually using "CGI", or, computer generated images way more than they need to. Looking back at the golden age of films before the 90s, movies were more than entertaining to moviegoers across the world without little or no CGI. But now, things have gotten out of hand, and too much special effects in one movie can ruin it very quickly. Luckily, Independence Day: Resurgence pushes to outlaw that. In recent behind-the-scenes interviews on the films' Blu-Ray release, Roland Emmerich was really torn on today's special effect technology, and did the best he could to bring actual-life sets to life. But, you couldn't really tell in the final cut of the film, with so much CGI being played over the original footage.

The film itself has a great story line, but is a little too predictable. Cut out some punch lines and some unnecessary dialogue and you have a great script! But, the film doesn't quite do just that, and Liam Hemsworth's character is a bit too much. One thing that is truly remarkable about the film itself is it's ability to bring back original characters from the first film.

This is a must-see if you were a fan of the original, and I tip my hat off to everyone's amazing dedication to this well though out film.
