La grande classe (2019)
An Average Pop-Corn Movie
If you're looking for a movie to pass time or have a little laugh, you might enjoy it.
Don't keep your expectations too high since you will have a ton of cliche jokes and basic comedy. Also, let's not forget that the cringe factor is hard on this one and the plot is no master piece, with a ton of plot-holes or unnecessary/predictable plot twists.
TL;DR Watch it, have fun, just don't expect much.
Koe no katachi (2016)
A Master Piece About Depression and Self-love
I started this movie without any context and expecting a romantic story like many anime movies.
This story really goes beyond and shows a beautiful picture of depression, anxiety and learning about self-love.
Even though a great part of the story is between the two main characters and their relationships together, the main focus is the protagonist, Shoya, and his dealing with the consequences of his actions and his own mind.
It's beautiful to see how well portrayed depression is. From the fact that he can't look people in the eyes, to how he can't believe he's allowed to have fun or friends at all.
But maybe the best part is, in a heart-warming way, how he's able to break from his struggles and let himself be happy again. In the last scene, when he finally let's his own isolation go and allows himself to see and hear everyone, you can feel the wave of emotions it brings to him and how you have actually reached the happy ending.
TL;DR An amazing movie with a great story, great characters, beautiful animation and soundtrack; full of emotions with a non-conventional way of portraying love towards others and yourself.
The Final Table: The Finale (2018)
Clearly biased ending
I'm very disappointed in that ending, you can clearly see it was planned. How can you insult your audience with such an ending?
The obvious winner was Mark, or even Shane. But to be the only one who got bad critiques and cooking a non creative dish that he has probably done hundred of times, it's just not fair.
The show was amazing in the sense of showing amazing cultures and diversity.
The real issue is the decision making, like to eliminate some very good contestants like Charles and Rodrigo or Rafa and Esdras and have as the final ones, 4 white man, and make the American win, really?
Worth watching if you're interested in the different countries they show, but a big let down at the end.
Game of Thrones: The Iron Throne (2019)
Worst than what I expected
This has to be the worst ending I've ever seen in my life. You can see they didn't care about it anymore. So much character development and story build up thrown to trash, not even trying to make sense.
You can clearly see the actors did their best but it's obviously a disastrous script. So disappointed on this, I hope D&D don't ever write or direct anything else ever again.
