Jee Karda (2023)
Disaster
Why are web series these days so templated?
1. Gay/lesbian character mandatory
2. Portraying marriages being stressful
3. To modernize traditions put a cigarette in Indian bride's hand
4. Every episode to have at minimum 50 profane words
5. Vegetarians to be made fun of
6. Alcohol, smoking and if possible drugs
7. Sex
8. One ideal character who in normal world is looked up at but in these series they will be made fun of as dumb.
9. Only 10% story
There has been so much expectation that Tamannah is working in OTT series but it's only a little polished over Balaji telefilms funky ones but nothing more than that.
The Romantics (2023)
Self dabba to the core
The only thing that kept haunting me from this series is that filmmakers openly admitted through all episodes that they brought in a new subject and the youth kept getting influenced and suddenly wanted to be in a certain way. Now if in today's day and age we criticize any filmmaker on why are you twisting history or narratives, why are you showing obscenity in a regular commercial film, their immediate answer would be " oh no we don't mean to change people and they can refrain themselves from watching our movies. Hypocrisy to heights. All these dumb folks care about is business and will use their logic to their convenience. They shouldn't serve content that is morally not correct.

Must watch!!
A very subtle and intelligent take on an abusive woman's relation and journey. Great performances, great screenplay and is always a relevant subject. Loved the movie and would recommend everyone to watch. Movies like this should be made more often as it's always not about entertainment, it's about relevance. And it lived up to that mark.
Men or women, narcissistic behavior is never acceptable and this movie will be a slap on the face of every person who behaves like one behind closed doors. Hope atleast one woman gets some courage to get out of a failed abusive marriage after watching this movie.
Mahaan (2022)
Unfathomable
This is specifically unfathomable for me because why are we celebrating a movie that is about gangsters, alcohol, crime, politics and all that. Showing incorrect people as larger than life characters and advocating why they do all incorrect things with a reason is fundamentally incorrect. It's very easily said that we are educated and we see this just for entertainment but behold!! Kids of next generation or masses will see this as some stylish representation of a good person becoming gangster by mistake but a well educated IPS officer chasing his revenge. Why does entertainment industry always has to stoop so low in the name of creativity. Are there no good examples around us. Entertainment as an art is completely misused in my point of view and this movie is one more example for it.
