If you love the. Christian Bale´s masterpiece, you gonna love this movie. It´s clearly based on that concept but introducing themes that are native of this era.

You won´t be dissapointed.

This movie is so much alike the excelent Edge of tomorrow. Basicaly it takes all the mayor topics of this one and excecute them wrongly.

The plot is good because its stolen from an sucessfull movie but performances are bad, characters are completly clichés and it last for more than 2 hours.

To be played only in backgroud while you do something else.

The film for moments made me think of Get Out. It brings you that kind of unconfortableness that reaches it peak at the middle of the movie. The cast is limited as well as the locations, making the director more compromissed to the resources he had resulting in a much more solid movie.

Best of 2020

It´s cool how this short seems more expensive that it really is. The productions levels are pretty cool for a 15min film. The whole idea and filming style seems to be a plot about a Black mirror episode. It´s online on youtube and only 15min long. You can´t loose anything by watching it.

HBO has always been a synonym of quality TV, this show had a lot of things to be a sucessfull one and to honor that, but I didn´t fin anything that would make me continue watching the show. The main actor is far from being a lovable one, the story of the mystery is not well developed, I can beleive how they managed to fail this big with something HBO has a lot experience in. It could be a mash up of True detective and Boardwalk empire but is far from that.

The picture and sound of this film is the best it has. It manages to put you in a situation it has not been that much exploited in the industry (WWI) where the battle was really in the trenches (actually this element has big importance in the storyline). The story is simple but effective. It has a down grade at the 3/4 of the film were it calms down just before the ending but nothing that would spoil the experience. Totally recommended.

This movie feels like a second part of Get Out in the sense that it has the same tempo. The visuals and the sound are just great. If you love Get out you have to watch this movie.
