Taggart's accent is difficult to understand. Treats his new sergeant almost like Jack Frost does. But Jack Frost does it in a clever way. I will watch Frost ..

I caught the last part of this movie on Showtime. The music is different and fun. The older actors are real pros. Enjoyable movie. I would like to see it from the beginning.
