...it's not in my first half of MCU movies sorted by quality. Eternals' runtime is 2:30 hours and 90% of it Zhao spent on intruducing 12 new characters to the audience. And she achieved a success in this hard task, but Chloe needed to sacrifise action. Only 5 minutes of fights were actually impressive.

Eternals discusses 3 important, elevated topics that were discussed in a lot of other stories. Nevertheless, it's impossible these days to create something actually new and fresh. This picture also has problems with pretentious dialoges and phrases that make eyes roll.

Acting is good. Richard Madden is great especially. My question to critics: how come Black Widow deserves a fresh rating, but Eternals don't? This is just madness.

The beginning was great, loved "family" relationships. A movie has a well-done humor and CGI fights. Hand-to-hand combat - not so much.

Sadly, the last third is just an endless wave of pure idiocracy. But I liked the Taskmaster twist, though.

Hill House is the same as Bly Manor: slow paced, not scary at all and relies too much on drama. Open your eyes.
