The houses David showed them were all great, especially the last one. Their house turned out beautifully also. The wife in this episode was kind of annoying. She was so negative and her attitude of "just make it happen" or else was such a downer. I hope that was just an act for the show.

Good episode, but...

It was an good story and I've seen the episode a couple of time now. However, the performance by the actor who played the twins was atrocious. The acting by this man was painful to watch. My bf and I comment on it each time we watch the episode. I've read that he received a GG nomination for a movie he was in and I can't fathom that. I understand that he died very young and that is sad. No disrespect to his memory it was just a cringe performance.

This is a really good romantic comedy. Zeke and Kim were quirky and funny together. Alicia Witt and David Alpay played off each other wonderfully. The actor that played Garth nailed it as a smarmy little weasel because I definitely wanted to smack him. There wasn't a ton of romance but there was the usual heartbreak towards the end and eventual makeup. If you're looking for a light Christmas movie on a Saturday afternoon this is good choice.

I've watched this twice and will watch it again. I wasn't sure about it at in the beginning but when Amanda and Jim first met it was clear they were going to be good together. They had great chemistry. Jim was definitely a keeper, one of the good guys and you could really feel his heartbreak when Amanda pulled away near the end. The scene on base at the bus made it all worthwhile and of course the surprise homecoming. It was nice to have lead characters who were not wealthy and counting their pennies like the rest of us. It was overall a really good, heartwarming Christmas story. It's definitely worth a watch.

I enjoyed this movie. I really like Sam Page. This is the first movie I've seen of his but I'll look for others now. I did have a hard time warming up to the character of Jenny. She didn't come across has believable has the head of an organization. But overall I'd watch it again.

I feel bad for David Sutcliffe because he's so good but got paired with someone who was awful. The lead female was intended to be an educated woman with success has a relationship counselor, unfortunately she had the emotional maturity of teenage girl. She was detached from reality, pretentious, not likable and her vocabulary and dialect(?) was of someone 15 years younger. Think Valley Girl, if that's still a thing. My rating and opinion are based solely on the female lead and in particular the actress playing her.

This is a tearjerker and the best ending I've seen in long time. The actress playing the female lead here is so good and you can't help but to root for her. I highly recommend watching this one. The kids were adorable. The male lead is an actor I'm not all that familiar with and he was fine and played a good guy, I just didn't get any warmth from the character.

I wish I liked this movie because I really Luke MacFarlane but this story line was a bit ridiculous. The new owner of Christmas Land is supposed to be an educated business woman but she believes everything her boyfriend tells her then signs a contract that she didn't read and asked the new owner to pretty please not make any changes. What? Then the town has to come together to bail her out of a mess that she caused and after she lied to them. The ending what awful as the bad guy was the winner and the town lost their life savings. Not watchable.

From the beginning of this movie I knew it was different than the usual Hallmark movie. The story line lends itself to Hallmark but there is just something about the way it was written and directed that draws you in. I'm not an expert on movie making but it is so well made and acted it stands apart from the others. It was a wonderful story and the connection between Jake and Celia was immediate. Lilly was precocious and delightful and so enjoyable to watch. Jake's agent was hysterical and poor Randy was clueless. This is easily one of my favorites. We need to see this cast again on Hallmark.

I've watched this one every year since I came across it on Hallmark. It's a wonderful story, heartwarming with a happy ending. All the characters were likable except Paul. Faith and Cody good for each other but I'd like to see them loosen up a bit, they came across as a bit stiff at times. But overall is good TV and I never miss it when it's on.

This is a real tearjerker so watch it with a box of tissues. Betsy and Tyler were perfect. Tyler is an absolute sweetheart and every girl's dream come true. I have to say that there were times when I didn't like the character of Jane very much but she ultimately redeemed herself. Don't miss this one.

I really liked the story of the McNary family and Holly was a sweetheart who fit right in. The tree was so special to the family and it was a tough decision that turned out perfectly. Holly and Sam clicked immediately and had great chemistry. It was great to see Marc Blucas in another Christmas movie, he always plays a wonderful romantic hero.

I saw this one for the first time this year and wasn't sure if I would like it for some reason. But I was pleasantly surprised. Emotions are up and down but overall it's a feel good movie with a tearjerker ending. I'm not sure how it happened but these two lead actors were new to me but WOW Tricia and Marc were great together. I have since seen them each in other movies and they have both become favorites.

This was a fun movie with likable characters and a good story. It's hard not to like Faith Ford and the characters of Charles and Faith Kerrigan were so fun together. Ray was a good guy too although he was a bit stoic. This is one I watch several times during the season if I can.

Good story and likable characters. Tim was good for Kathy and they had definite chemistry which helps in any Hallmark movie. This is one of my go to movies of the season. I pretty much like Kelli Martin in anything I've seen her in. Cameron Mathison was to new to me but I'd watch him again. I hope to see them again together in another movie.
