The Christmas Calendar (2017 TV Movie)
Dodgy accent
4 January 2018
Like the other reviewer, I have the same opinion. It had the potential to be really good but I couldn't get over the fact the guy had a completely made up French accent. There really was no need for it. He actually seemed like a sinister character instead of the love interest because his accent was so obviously fake.

Hearts of Christmas (2016 TV Movie)
Lovely story.
3 January 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Lovely story- especially the little goodbye they do for the babies. This was beautiful and I just hope that real life NICU departments had something like this as their goodbye and good luck to their babies. The character was of Alice was absolutely beautiful and totally believable as a nurse. The main character- Jennie- was really rude to Matt and this sort of made her unlikeable... especially when she was talking to her sister about how she was angry at him... I liked the sister's reply though when she said that she could charge her full price instead. I would maybe watch this again but I think Jennie would annoy me too much if I did.

My Christmas Love (2016 TV Movie)
Too perky and selfish main character
27 December 2017
Warning: Spoilers
Meredith Hagner was far to perky in the ole e as main character. She needed to play it down a bit more. Also the scriptwriters wrote the most awful main character for the film. She immediately assumed the gifts were for her because the accountant fiancé could no way have thought to sent such a gift. I really couldn't take to her at all.

A Wedding Wonderland (2017 TV Movie)
2/10
Coupling was off putting.
25 December 2017
I love most Hallmark movies and I did enjoy watching this but not as much as I would have with different actors. The two main characters were not suited to each other at all. The male lead was far too handsome for Andrea Bowen who is a very pretty girl but no where near pretty enough to be matched with the male, I kept thinking, why is he with her and not with someone like her best friend. I also couldn't understand why anyone would think the two choices of wedding dress were nice in any way. They looked cheap- like a supermarket wedding dress. Definitely not a dress that someone who came from a rich family would wear. This was a big fail for the wardrobe department and they were also very on the lovely Andrea. I hated the mum character- she was horrible to everyone but loved the dance scene in the barn- it put a smile on my face. The other two parents had great chemistry and looked to be very much in love,
