One of the Best Comedies of Our Time
12 May 2020
Hands down one of the best comedies I'll ever see. 7 perfect seasons led by the queen of comedy herself. I mean seriously, all she has to do is sigh and it's gut busting. The supporting cast is great as well. I love Gary, Mike, Amy, Dan, and dare I say Jonah. It gets even better with the introduction of Margery and Richard. If you don't think this show is great then that's your opinion but just know that it's the wrong one. I will binge this for the rest of my life.

I loved this wrap up!

Thank you so much, J.J. for giving us this ending. This movie was thoroughly entertaining from start to finish. I think if you didn't like this you are just nitpicking. A non Star Wars fan could watch this and love it and fans can also appreciate all of the Easter eggs and how well the beloved characters were treated. I'm so glad Abrams' took this one on.

Brings Back Great Memories
30 July 2019
My cousin and I used to watch this VHS over and over every summer at my grandparents house when she'd come to visit. We laughed so hard and I can still quote this movie 20 years later. I'm so glad Hulu decided to stream it as I still only have that old VHS copy put up somewhere. I asked my bf to watch this with me as we like the Office and Parks and it's shot in the same style throughout the film. The humor for the most part is subtle and dry. You really have to pay attention to some of the things that are said and others are just outright hilarious and need no cluing in. Another great thing about this movie is the cast. I mean look at Amy Adams. I can't believe she got started here with this. Also, Brittany Murphy. She is gone much too soon and she was such a funny person. Her laugh throughout this movie is infectious. Give it a chance. It is NOT politically correct... that was the 90s and times were different and you know what, I am okay with that one. This will always be one of my favorites.

A Visually Stunning Wonderful Time
22 June 2019
Us two 30 year olds ventured out to watch this in IMAX 2D last night. It was everything I expected it to be. The visuals were mesmerizing and I do mean absolutely mesmerizing. If you take nothing else away from this movie you will at least have an appreciation for how far technology has come to create such amazing things. Particularly the scene in the antique shop with the chandeliers.

The plot was fun. There is a lot happening but it's all intertwined. A lot of lower ratings were because there were multiple themes. Let me say, if they can write an IMDB review they can keep up with a kids movie surely.

The new characters were fun. The ventriloquist dolls were scary and funny. Key and Peele's characters were hilarious.

Our only complaint was too little of Buzz however he was present.

It's a great movie. Definitely worth every penny we paid to see it.

Why did it get cancelled?!
17 June 2019
I just found this show THIS weekend and binged the entire thing. It's so funny! The humor is so much like 30 Rock. The humor I hope to find in shows these days but don't. I love all the characters. Carol is so funny and random. I just wish there were more or it had been saved by Netflix. Please do more things, Tina and Tracy!

I Wish the Whole Series Were Like This One
16 June 2019
This episode is hands down just amazing. I thought Tarantino may have directed this one after watching it but nope it was Bill Hader. It's amazing. I was sad that it went back to Sally's storyline in the next episode (even though the breakthrough scene was amazing). It's a hilarious episode.

Wasted Potential of a Good Story
18 December 2017
Warning: Spoilers
So let me first say I loved the Force Awakens. I get that it mirrored A New Hope but at the same time it reintroduced Star Wars to a new generation of fans while providing the nostalgia for the life long fans. The story was built up and has left us wondering where it will lead for two years now. We have been waiting TWO YEARS. So this Rian Johnson guy gets hired. Wow well he must be the laziest and most uncreative storyteller I have seen thus far. It's like he fell into a depression after writing the opening scene. We wonder who Snoke is. "I don't care, Kill him." Phasma is back and didn't die afterall so what are you going to do with her? "I don't care. Kill her." Whats been going on with Luke? Whats his place in this new story? "I don't know. Kill him." How are we going to write Carrie off now? "Not." I mean are you kidding me, Johnson??? This is the best you can do. Not to mention having Luke drinking some weird milk from a random creature. 35 minutes of the film is centered around Rose and Finn on some bogus casino planet riding some huge CGI horse cats. And what is the point of building up Rey's lineage and the scene with the mirror wall? Give me a break. You are lazy storyteller and you should've never directed this movie. I wish we could have a redo. I really hope Disney rethinks their decision of hiring you.
