Orphan Black (2013–2017)

Brilliant!!!!

I love Orphan Black - I love the characters and the way you grow to get them know them and it really is astonishing how quickly you forget the clones are all played by the same person.

Tatiana Maslany is truly incredible and such a great talent - she truly embodies each clone and the dynamic between Allison's Donny and Sarah's Felix is a joy to watch - you really do feel you are watching a different actress interact each time.

The story line towards the end of the show starts to drift off a little bit and I know some people lost interest around season 2, but I loved season 3 so persevere!

I hate myself.....
5 April 2019
These are some of the worst kinds of people in the worst kind of trashy 'hills' style show where every one is a total b*tch, everything is completely staged and you want to bash your head against the screen to make it stop.

And I hate myself for how much I enjoyed watching it. It really is awful, but I watched it all in like 2 days.

Makes me wish I was living in LA and selling real estate to rich idiots. If only I weren't ugly.

Watch it for the Beek
5 April 2019
I think this show was totally underrated! It's witty, over the top, ridiculous, campy and gluttonous. I'll admit the first time it aired and I caught a few episodes I didn't think much of it, but years later when I was looking for something new to watch, I stumbled across this and actually really really enjoyed it.

James Van Der Beek's portrayal of 'himself' is brilliant- I never cared much for him before but setting himself up in this role was just brilliant to watch.

I quite enjoyed the dynamics with all the characters too.

Shame that the series didn't last longer!

The best part is the dog

Decent romantic comedy - the first half is def much better than the second half, a bit predictable but an easy watch for a Sunday afternoon.

The little fluffy white dog is possibly the most adorable thing I've ever seen. Gives the movie an extra 1 point.

Underrated!!
30 March 2019
I was looking for an easy watch one evening and decided to watch this - mainly because the main character looks like my friend. I enjoyed this more than I expected - light hearted, cute and the guy who looks like my friend was pretty good at driving the plot along and keeping you engaged and hoping everything works out for him.

Not sure I completely agree with the romantic twist at the end but overall I felt warm and fuzzy when it was finished - I've recommended to friends and will prob watch again if I feel down.

Lily is a grinch!
21 March 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Lily infuriates me in this episode - after breaking her fiancés heart she then had the nerve to get annoyed for being called out on it. What's worse is the fact that her childish retaliation would hurt Marshall the most if he knew about it!

I did enjoy the super religious family of Ted's - the kids line 'is it the gift of God's love?' cracks me up every time.

Pretty medium episode
