Fargo (2014–2024)
8/10
The 8/10 rating is only for Season 1, Season 2 & 3 are so not worth it
1 July 2019
Season 1 of Fargo was intriguing, though towards the end it got a bit stretched out. But still, it was a great series in my opinion. Then came season 2 and season 3. Season 2 was too boring and so typically cliché that I wanted to kick myself for continuing it. Season 3 was Ok. Not as good as season 1 but definitely much better than season 2. Honestly, season 2 should not even be taken as a standard. The main fault with season 2 and 3 - too much big talk for nothing.

Batman vs. Two-Face (2017 Video)

Cringy

I cringed to death. I know it's supposed to be like the 60's Batman TV series but still I don't have the stomach for this kind of cheerful and talkative and "boy-scout" Batman. Won't suggest it to people who like the Dark Knight, not the Superman-ish Batman.

13 Reasons Why (2017–2020)
It made me do something I have never done before..

The only thing missing here is a tape for some clothing brand's owner or sth..as in the dress was too pricey for her to buy which drove the poor girl into the abysmal pain for not getting the dress she liked. I am incapable of leaving a season incomplete no matter how much it sucks. But this one..I couldn't make it through the second episode! I got a headache. Even thinking about it hurts my brains.

I liked it, but not too much

The reviews were great and the movie lived up to its projected image too. However, the effect wore off too soon. Maybe I didn't get as emotionally invested as most people did.

The bond between Seita and Setsuko really makes you relish the beauty of love amidst the brutality of the world. All the emotions overwhelmed me from time to time - the sadness, the laughter, the reality, the dreams of a little girl and her brother protecting her with everything he's got. It was all there, just it didn't consume me long enough to leave a mark in my thoughts.

Cowboy Bebop (1998–1999)
10/10
Never thought I would say this for an anime.....
16 May 2018
Downright quintessential! I did not have a single moment when I felt "this part could have been done better than that". There are a very few movies (2-3 hours long) which could attain this level of perfection, could show such craft. Cowboy Bebop was consistent in that area, through-and-through for 26 episodes! I can't decide whether the story was better, or the way it was shown. This show literally exhibited every single existing human emotion, many philosophical thoughts, the bleakness of reality with a touch of sophistication. So many things it made me think about, yet it never clogged my mind, the overwhelming feeling it generated was always just the right amount. I don't like anime much, but this one blew my mind! I still can't believe I am praising an anime so much, and I can go on for an hour writing its review and still feel I am not done describing its AWESOMENESS.

Not for the touchy ones(Watch it only if you're OK with having your leg pulled for 2hrs 33mins)

I know many would say that this movie is not really just about Colonel Kurtz. It is actually about the journey, about what how the war really impacted people, about the terror-the despair-the victims-the soldiers-the guilt-the sacrifice-the executions and so on. To many it is sublime, to some it's Coppola's best work even. No grievance against that in my case.

Also, the movie did show a very different kind of valor. We all were on our toes for finding out the terrifying Colonel. How intriguing he would be! He would not go without a ferocious fight- that was expected. Coppola literally just flouted at us there. No objections here either. An excellent venture on his side. I am pretty sure I would have enjoyed the cheekiness here , only the timing was off- 2 hours 33 minutes off to be exact. To sum it up - don't watch if you are not able to stomach cheekiness after devoting yourself to something for that long, otherwise it is a pretty awesome movie.
