Felt Like An Classic Episode!
16 November 2019
If you liked the older episodes of Superstore you will like this episode greatly! Not only did I laugh out loud multiple times, but the storylines were very intriguing!

Some of the funniest parts of this episode were when Cheyenne asked Carol about having sex with Garrett, as well as when Dina couldn't stop laughing over Kyle's "wait 5 minutes" joke and one of the classic break room scenes with Justine's Facebook nudes. You also can't forget about Sandra and Jerry's dirty descriptions of each other!!

Overall I'd rate this episode: 8.6/10.

A Positive Outburst?
8 November 2019
This episode was absolutely fabulous! The jokes landed right everytime but also had some really touching moments that made this episode fantastic.

This week Glenn and Jonah help Amy look good after she loses face in front of the district manager and Mateo and Dina go to the Cloud 9 shoplifter rehabilitation center to direct the course. Bo also makes a return. Sandra and Carol also have a fabulous storyline.

Some of the funniest parts of this episode were when Dina has some ideas on how to run the program, as well as when Glenn has a misunderstanding with Amy and when Bo stops by the store for some COMEDY GOLD!

We also see some "looking ahead" moments that really make us think about the future of the show and Amy and Jonah's relationship.

Overall, I'd rate this episode: 9.8/10.

Super Self Care!
3 November 2019
Another great episode of Superstore has premiered! The jokes landed right, which made this episode very enjoyable.

On this episode, Amy struggles to stay awake after getting ready for the health inspection and Mateo applies for a new job at the store's vision center. Garrett tries to prove he doesn't have a weak chin after Dina tells him he does.

Some of the funniest parts of this episode were when a very PG-13 vendor shows up and causes some trouble just as the inspector shows up which made for some comedy GOLD, as well as when Dina tries to help Glenn after his health scare and Garrett's surprise new face at the end was just so funny!

Overall I'd give this episode: 8.4/9.

This One Was A Bop!

This episode of Superstore was superb!

On this episode, the local mall has closed and the employees think the new influx of costumers will benefit the store's sales. But does it? Amy's daughter, Emma, is also at the store with her drug dealer friends. It makes more context it the show haha.

Another storyline in this episode is Cheyenne thinking she's old after some teens don't think she is "chill" and this causes another employee to befriend the teens in a surprising way which is absolutely hilarious!

Some of the funniest moments of this episode is when Dina disapproves of the teens being in store, as well as when Garrett and Jonah start making bets with Mateo after he won't take their money when he is looking for a job!

My only complaint is can we please just get a scene or two with Amy and Jonah?! PLEASE!

Overall I'd rate this episode: 9.5/10.

Best Episode Of Season 5 So Far!
2 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This episode of NBC's Superstore was absolutely great! We meet Dina's nemesis, Colleen, from the Belridge store and Mateo is back in the store...for now.

The latest Superstore episode features guest star, Heidi Gardner, from SNL who plays Colleen. And when Colleen steps foot onto Dina's turf, things get ugly! As the episode goes on, Colleen finds one of the employees with a surprising connection. And it's absolutely HILARIOUS!

Mateo returns to the store to hang out, but he starts to go back to the habits of his old job such as fixing the store displays or stocking the shelves. As he sees other employees doing a bad job at it, Mateo's judgement just takes over! Jonah teams up with Marcus to get the warehouse guys on board with unionizing.

Some of the funniest scenes were Dina's tactics on how to make Colleen leave the store, as well as when we see the Marcus's phone call with his mother. You can only imagine where that phone call went haha!

My only complaint is that as a viewer I would like to see more Amy and Jonah scenes since they have been dating for over a year!

I'd rate this episode: 9.6/10.

Sandra's Maid Of Honor?
2 November 2019
This week's episode of Superstore proved how funny the show can be when dealing with Dina and her disliking of Sandra's future wedding!

On this episode, Sandra thinks that Dina will be throwing her a engagement party, when that's the LAST thing Dina wants to do. However, Jonah wants to throw her a party and this causes Dina to have some eagle eyes on Jonah and things quickly turn wild.

Another plot-line this episode, is Mateo's immigration lawyer coming to the story for evidence on his case, but nobody can really come up with a strong argument on why he should stay, so the employees have to really pull out the big guns. There's a very funny mini montage in this episode of employees testifying, that really makes the episode the Superstore we love.

A few of the best scenes in this episode were when Jerry and Garrett share a nice bonding time over their "male friendship" as well as Jonah's determination to throw Sandra a bachlorette party and Glenn and Marcus's competition over a premium locker!

Overall I'd rate this episode: 7.9/10.

Powerful Premiere
2 November 2019
Superstore is BACK and has put together a funny but also powerful premiere!

SEASON 4 FINALE SPOILERS!

After last season's heartbreaking finale with Mateo being taken by ICE, many did not think that the writers could pull of a comedy with that matter of subject. But they did it.

This episode picks up the same day of where we left off last season, with a fun but also emotional scene outside the detention center where Mateo is being held. Fear not, they still made this scene hilarious even with Marcus thinking they were there for a barbecue instead of a candle light vigil.

We also have a new character in a form of a robot, who shares a name with one of the employees and causes a lot of fuss from this person! This automated machine is basically a new worker that can clean up spills faster than employees. This causes the employees to panic and want to take over the machine with a crazy ending!

Some of the funniest scenes were with Garrett, Marcus, and Dina staging a plan to get Mateo back, as well as Sandra wanting to share the news of her engagement though nobody will listen!

There's a heartbreaking scene towards the end of the episode where we see Mateo in the detention center which brings viewers to tears! But right after that we get a very comedic ending to what is overall a great start to Season 5!

Overall I'd give this episode a 9/10.

Great Halloween episode!
2 November 2019
Another Halloween has come and gone, and Superstore has done it again! They've filmed another great Halloween episode!

Without saying any major spoilers, this isn't the BEST Halloween episode they've done, but it is one of the best episodes this season! We meet the new district manager, Maya, played by Justina Machado from One Day At A Time, and she is just phenomenal! As the employees finish signing union cards, that makes us ask the question: can we trust her? Kelly also returns this episode.

Some of the funnier parts of this episode include Marcus's ridiculous Halloween costume, as well as Garrett messing with Glenn after the store Haunted House brings back...some memories of his and Mateo and Cheyenne wonder who could be a murderer in the store!

The only complaint of this episode and really the start of the season so far is the lack of Amy and Jonah acknowledging that they're dating and acting like the couple they are, after building it up after 3 seasons! They do have a storyline this episode, but it's not what you would think haha!

Overall I'd rate this episode: 8.7/10.

Funny, heavenly and genius!!
26 October 2019
This show is fabulous!! If you like The Office or Brooklyn 99 you will love this show. Your everyday grocery store but in a comedy form is something that should've been done years ago but was well worth the wait

But it isn't just how funny this show is. The cast is absolutely incredible and their on-screen chemistry makes the show. That, and how the show deals with real issues in today's life makes it a perfect show to watch if you want to laugh and have a good time.

Going into its 5th season, this series shows no signs of stopping! Be sure to watch at 8/7ct on NBC Thursday's or on Hulu!
