Naw... baby crying is minor
29 March 2021
The title of this movie is misleading because it assumes she belongs to someone. Not the case. It means she can be counted on. People griping about the crying baby missed 98% of the movie. Different. Not for everyone. I liked it, personally.

Not paychotic
27 June 2020
While this film is not for everyone, I feel it important to determine the difference between empath and psychotic. The main character is empathic which is what got her into the state we witness. Without the trauma of her life, she is not abnormal. It is sad. It is life. It is the coming unglued of someone who wants to help people and makes a mistake thus ending in her destruction and distrust in the world. She is profoundly a victim of her empathy and that is an endless topic of debate. Do not watch if you prefer less subtle subject matter.

Symbolism Perhaps
3 August 2019
I would dub this purely an art piece. I think one has to view it terms of social symbolism rather than as it is. To me, I saw male victimhood. We don't know what happened in his previous life and are left in the dark about relations with older children. Was it him or no? We cannot say. I definitely see him as a victim here. I noted that the beginning art focuses on the conch shell during credits. This is a symbol of awakening. Perhaps his prior mistakes are being brought up in his lack of assertiveness and he sees this as his opportunity to repent. All we know is that something is amiss. I am wondering if it is a past lesson in his life that he wishes to correct but is powerless to do so as so many of us are. I dunno. I think the ending is the epiphany that he was trustworthy and solid. The final goal of his struggles would be to be seen as so. And a female saw it for what it is. She saw the truth.

I wanted to like it
14 April 2019
I am a six-fi fan and really was hoping the negative reviews were just people being overly critical, but I didn't find much here to be excited about. It just fell flat. I got intrigued when the "creepy people" showed up, but that, too, fell to the floor without much. You are going to watch it anyway. I totally understand. You kinda have to. Haha... it's okay. I did as well.

Huh! Not good. But addressing Liberal Agenda.
27 August 2018
This is NOT a good movie. Very uncomfortable and really with not much happening. However, I watched it all the way through because one person on here reviewed it with a liberal agenda referring to white privilege as a highlight and I am interested in society in this way. So I watched all intense when the one black character appeared to get a sense of what he was talking about. And I watched when the Asians characters appeared. Or the Hispanic ones. huh! Nothing. Then.... dun dun dun... the horrible mother tells her son he has white privilege because she is uncomfortable with his independence. Wow! That is a stretch. hahaha.... interesting.

The Cast Takes the Cake
15 June 2018
I had no expectations going in, but was pleasantly surprised. The cast really pulled this together and did a fine job. I didn't feel like the blood and gore was over the top and it had a humorous touch to it. Not typical at all. Well done.

Maybe 6-1/2 Stars Really
6 March 2018
I don't think this movie is for everyone. I like short stories and short stories about reality so it worked for me. Some movies are not meant to be fun or "enjoyed" in a way we may be accustomed to. Some are about reflection. This was just short snippets of events in the lives of various people. I found it interesting and worth the watch. You aren't going to get a full story. You are going to have to make your own inferences and decide what that means to you.

What did you expect?
22 February 2018
I don't know what people were expecting from this movie, but it is a B movie and those are enjoyable at times. I found it funny and entertaining. If I wanted a 9 star movie, I wouldn't have watched it. I did. It was better than I expected and gave me some good laughs. Purpose fulfilled!
