Khuda Haafiz (2020)
Not what I was Hoping for
When you hear that Vidyut Jamwal is part of a movie, the first thing comes to your mind is some awesome martial arts moves...
Unfortunately this movie did not have much...
The story could not grip me at any stage... I just dragged myself till the end to be honest, hoping that there would be some Vidyut Jamwal type action, but there was none.
The acting was also just ok... At many places the story becomes very boring. Anu Kapoor sir is as usual in a different league... He fits into the Pathan role very brilliantly.
I just watched this movie to get a perspective of what to expect from Khuda Haafiz 2. I just hope I get to see more action over there.

An Awesome Watch with a Great Story
I am only cutting one star for showing the Nar Tendua at the end... The story was realistic, and should have remained realistic.
Overall, all the performances were great. I normally don't binge watch a series and watch only one episode per day. But this series just did not allow me to do so... It is that gripping.
Toofaan (2021)
Could have been better
The storyline was good. But the narration missed the mark.
It actually gave a feeling that after being banned for 5 years, Toofan is actually ok with the new life that he has got.
The movie never focussed on the shattered dreams of an upcoming boxer... And instead focussed more on the love story.
Ananyas death should not have been the motivator for boxing, because it almost felt like Toofaan did not want to box but his wife forced her into it.
The workout sequences were not at all focussed, unlike how it was done in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag
The acting of the entire cast was really great, which is why I have given this 5. Also, kudos to the hard work that Farhan had to undergo to gain and lose weight. I know how difficult it could be.
Awesome songs btw.
Afsos (2020)
I was Not into Dark Comedy Till I saw this Gem
Truly, I enjoyed it to the core... This would definitely be a thoroughly enjoyable series that I could watch with my parents.
Even my mother enjoyed it a lot.
History 101 (2020)
Biased Documentary
Very Biased Documentary. Narrated only from American perspective.
Ajeeb Daastaans (2021)
Enjoyable
All the 4 stories were enjoyable with good performances.
Thoroughly enjoyed.
My personal favourite: The one where Konkana was playing the factory girl.
Love, Death & Robots: Automated Customer Service (2021)
All millenials can have a glimpse of what our retirement is going to be like
I think it was funny and hard hitting at the same time.
A very serious message delivered in 10 minutes.
Kaafir (2019)
Watch it with Entire Family
One of those few Web series that u can watch with your family without being embarrassed and at the same time enjoy it to the fullest.
This story is so impactful that u feel all emotions that the characters go through, so much so that u end up crying towards the end.
It is a happy ending as well as a sad ending...
Wow what a story line.
Hope such series helps humanity come close together.
22 Yards (2019)
Good Script and Acting. But Poor Graphics
It is a great story. Enjoyable. But when you compare it with cricket stories like inside edge, and especially the cricket field part, it felt that they ran out of budget and just wanted to get over with the movie. That is why am not giving it 10.
I don't want to be too critical, as I feel we should encourage such movies more. So that more of these lesser known actors make their way into the star kids dominated bollywood market.
Good attempt overall.
Tandav (2021)
A good Series but Could Not Reach Out to Become Great
When you leave a lot for season 2, the fans would be a little disappointed. It felt like story was half narrated, which need not have been a bad thing, had there been a proper cliffhanger.
Right now I felt the narrative was a little abruptly ended.
Performances and star cast was great.
And being a hindu I did not find anything controversial.
But when u make a political thriller, you start comparing it with the likes of house of cards... And that's where I guess the story could not fly.
