The Gateway (2018)
Enjoyable! But.....
If you love a science movie that is rich in plot twists, science larger than life, a little mix of melodrama and action, and a happy ending (without that surprise ending), then this movie is a perfect for you. It is like Back to the Future sequels but less of the comedy part and more of the flux capacitor running on garbage.
If you are those people who wants a science movie that is somewhat realistic in story and visuals/cinematography, and a movie that will provoke you to think the "what if's", "purpose" and "meaning", then this movie will look like an ordinary TV show to you.
I give it an 8 because of the good storyline and I find it enjoyable. In fact, I will watch its sequel if they will make another one.
Supernatural: Exodus (2018)
What the hell are you thinking, Sam?
Sam is always the soft and rational person among the two brothers. Lucifer has shown restraint with all his powers and the story runs that all along he just wanted his son.
Sam being a heartless human in this episode was a total mess. The writer should have a very good reason why Sam did that to Lucifer and here I am hoping that the next episode/s will justify those actions.
Or maybe the writer ran out of ideas and became lost on the characters.
Also, the alter-Castiel of the other side seems nonsense in the plot. Why would they introduce that person if they would only kill him on the same episode? He just lasted less than 5 minutes I guess. That seems like a plot from nowhere.
I love Supernatural and will always watch it. But please, put some love and a little creativity on the next episodes or Season unless you wanted to kill the show already.
You've gone this far. Have reached heaven and earth (and the other Earth). Please don't let the next episodes be a letup again.
Party Bus to Hell (2017)
1 star is over-rated
Poor storline, CGI from amateur,, lots of unnecessary boobshow
I find nothing good in this film.
The Titan (2018)
Interesting movie...but pointless end.
I have not been able to watch this movie in one sitting. That speaks of a so-so movie that won't engage the viewer til the end. The plus side: cinematography, scenery, actors, concept. Concept, yes.. Human needs to adapt to a foreign planet to live on it and populate it. Downside: Storyline. What is the sense of bringing a single human on Titan? Did they made Rick Janssen like a fish that can lay egg and populate the planet? Without the need of a female partner?
There is a scene that Dr. Abi is chilling due to extreme cold but Rick felt hot because of the treatment he had. The movie doesn't tell how he lived like that on the rest of the movie. How can Rick live in our normal temperature? He must be feeling burning up!
I have not felt satisfied after watching this movie. I felt I wanted to wash this off from my mind immediately. It is like looking at a very yummy dish but when you taste it it is bland and you want to eat another same dish from a different chef. My cravings was not satisfied.
