Melrose Place: Asses to Ashes (1999)
Good episode but not what I wanted to happen
I could see where the writers were headed a few epsiodes ago. The character I hated the most (Amanda) got away free and and easy by faking her death along with Peter after all the messed up stuff she did especially to Eve. Rena Sofer played the character of Eve very well especially the last few episodes when she went crazy but understandably so to the point I was actually rooting for her to end Amanda or at least get her to go to prison. Megan and Ryan did basically nothing this episode besides the first minute with the car crash. I always liked Peter up until towards the end of the show when he still decided to be with Amanda knowing good and well how bad of a person she really is and I thought after he found out about letting Eve take the fall for that murder 15 years ago he would have a change of heart but nope of course not. He was always stuck to her unfortunately. Lexi really grew on me as the show went on considering I hated her when she first introduced. She simply became a badass and I liked the pairing of her and Michael although she was right that it was never gonna work out for them in the long run. Jane planned on running away when she found out it was Michael's baby but Kyle found out and stopped her which was good because I felt like those two got a fresh start with eachother and Kyle had a feeling that Amanda wasn't really dead because of the locket thing. What wasn't good was that Jane and Kyle agreed not to tell Michael that it was his baby which hurt because now Michael will have two babies that he'll never know (the one with Taylor who I always loved). I'm glad Michael got the chief of staff job back for the final time and can live the good life as a single man. It was also good to know that he knew Peter was still alive because even though they hated eachother sometimes they really were best friends deep down and I really believe they had the best dynamic/relationship throughout the entire show. I'm sad it's ending as it took me a little over a year to finish but it was very fun while it lasted.
Peace out Melrose Place.
Manifest: Dead Reckoning (2018)
Entertaining except for one character
Glad they at least somewhat wrapped up the storyline with the missing passengers. Vance better not be dead, I'm hopeful since we didn't see a body. Grace is one of the worst characters I have seen on tv in a long time, enough said.
