So this is what happens when someone runs out of story.
So at first we have Tsubaki entering the arena, and there's no problem. This is just going to be one of those fights. But No! After that Denki enters the Arena and what???? They use robots now? They use robots now (ugh). So the whole fight begins and Tsubaki starts attacking Denki with a Sharp katana. She even aims for his head. What would have happened if Katana hit Denki? But no, He dodges every single attack with precision ( which is very predictable since writer can't have him dying at a stupid arena and the Konohamaru himself said that they can't kill each other). So skipping the whole Tsubaki finding the "trick", we have her managing to break that whole "robot" thing. (I think that the writer thought that he should at least nerf that robot because it would be too 'dangerous' for the future of the series.). So moving on, Denki manages to get out of the "robot" before Tsubaki destroy the whole thing. And Tsubaki is surprised (seriously?). Denki manages to land about 10 meters away from Tsubaki. So naturally thinking, Tsubaki should Crush Denki with ease. But then, the writer thought that maybe he should at least end the episode with one of those "Cheesy" anime Twist. Denki uses some stupid lightning Techniques to Knock Tsubaki out. WTH?????? And after that, the episode ends with Some Cheesy music playing. I had no problems if Tsubaki defeated Denki. So in a nutshell, this episode consists of Bad writing choices. And I wasted 20 minutes watching this episode.
