This is a great attempt and Kunis , Close, and Root are magnificent.

BUT, it still does not go far enough in depicting the true horrors of detoxing. All the sweat, emesis and excreta are missing. All that crap that addicts families go through..This film just isn't ugly enough to frighten and shock everyone as they should be.

Another ridiculous 'zombie' movie.

Silly film that tries to prove the existence of god by insulting Atheists. Inaccurate and outright dishonest Quite pathetic.

When the EP reviews his own film , calling it 'brilliant', 10/10, you know we are in strange, and very sad,times. Not impressive, and quite dishonest. A likely clue to the veracity of the film's content. Unless you're directly involved in this 'film' , you'd be better entertained watching cat videos on youtube.

Boxes and Blessings is nothing more than an amateur "family video" production. Very badly acted, shot, and edited with a pretentious bible thumping message, to boot. Extremely cringe-worthy throughout and inexplicably submitted for public viewing. Absolute dreck.

Perfectly written for Smith's over the top, real-life, narcissism. Not much in it for the audience, though.

I saw no merit in this 'film' whatsoever. Amateurs with a camera and kids in cheap hallowe'en masks. Wouldn't have bothered commenting but for , once again, an obvious planted 10/10 review. I hate dishonesty worse than bad cinema.

Poor acting, confused story and execution. Also, the fake review tells you what a POS this 'film' is without looking any further.

Sophomoric hollywood crud. Enough with the zombie films already! Its time for originality again. Not for adults with a mind.

If you like more than fancy special effects, you'll be terribly disappointed with this film. Several million in promotion; perhaps they should have spent a few dollars on a script written for adults. Nope, Hollywood crud for the masses who are quickly getting enured to it. Good film is getting difficult to find; don't bother looking here.

I can only assume that the 10/10 reviews here are by those COMPLETELY out of touch with what comprises decent film production and believable acting OR, more likely, are paid by film promotion firms to plant phony reviews. Completely silly and unwatchable dreck by ANYONE'S standards..

Any film where phony reviews (note the similarity in user names of the positive reviews) show up is likely garbage. This is one of those. Not recommended.
