Treason (2022)
Actually quite good
It starts off feeling a bit 'same old hashed story' but by episode 3 it starts to get very interesting with a couple of unexpected plot twists.
There are plot holes and it does take a little of bit of reality suspension at times, but worth sticking with it.
The London backdrop is fab, the acting isn't bad, the story is fun with some unexpected turns and whole series ends wrapped up neatly. A nice change to some of the mediocre Netflix series which end with plot strands dangling everywhere with the hope of a second commission.
It's a good evenings viewing, I'm not sure why there are so many strongly negative reviews. It really isn't that bad!
The Good Fight: The End of a Saturday (2022)
A good fun episode with a different feel
This is an episode those goes off on a bit of a tangent, a bit of a character development episode through a standalone story line.
Ric'hard's nephew has sickle cell and needs an urgent bone marrow transplant. There's a few cul de sacs that they chase down to no avail and a few dark places on the web.
Some of the plots do require a brief suspension of reality and the time elapsed makes no sense, but it's fast paced, fun and moves the character relationships along for the rest of the season.
It's a break from the main story arc of the seemingly endless protests and battles in previous episodes.
The Green Knight (2021)
Like chewing on sawdust
Well, that was dull. Nothing happens. Nothing. It just didn't go anywhere. Save yourself the time and do some personal admin instead.
