Poor Things (2023)
Stunning movie, lousy ending.
I found the movie to be a tragicomedy, just like our lives. It tells the story of basic humans in an extraordinary world. The story had a strong sense of existentialism, and I completely agreed with him. We did not choose to be born, but finding joy and purpose in our lives like Bella can bring gratitude.
Enough of philosophy lessons. Read the following in the style of Virginia Woolf.😂😂😂
As I perched myself in the theater, I was immediately captivated by the visual artistry of the film. For the duration of the first and second acts, I was convinced that this was the pinnacle of cinematic achievement in the year 2023 - a witty and engrossing masterpiece.
Alas, my childlike and naive opinion was shattered in the final act, as sheer apathy seemed to dictate the ending. The inclusion of extraneous characters and superfluous backstory regarding Bella's past only served to further detract from the overall experience.
Grave (2016)
Addiction!
Raw is disgusting, yet beautiful, terrifying yet educational. I sympathy with the character, found it related to addiction that ruins your life which it is disgusting, but you can't help it, nobody can!
Ghahreman (2021)
Frhadi at his best
What a complex story, perfect performances. Farhadi has good and realistic idea of today's situation of Iran. It is also a reflex of his reputation too. How people make somebody a Hero and in a second bring him down.
Sugarland (2019)
What a nostalgic!
I grew up with these animation. It covers lot of moral behaviours including: greed, hatred, love, jealousy and......
I believe every parent should encourage their children to watch these.
