Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1975)
One of my favourite movies of all time
I remember going to see this film at the local cinema with an older relative when I was a kid, I enjoyed it and he was laughing all the way through so it was happy days all round. The thing is I didn't really get it but after a few more views it finally clicked and I was hooked. I have seen it that many times so my favourite bits tend to change a bit, I can honestly say this movie changed my life so if you have not seen it give it a go and it will change yours...... Anyway one day lad all this will be yours...what the curtains 😁😁
Alfred Packer: The Musical (1993)
The funniest movie you will ever see
My 3 year old granddaughter absolutely loves let's build a snow man 😂 she has never seen the movie of course coz of all the gore but I have the soundtrack. This film is so funny and its based on a true story to so it's also educational, if you have not seen it you need to if only for the line would you like some fudge packer plus the songs are amazing, a cult classic for sure.
Human Remains (2000)
A cult classic still waiting for the credit it deserves
The reason i have done this review now is because i was watching the comedy awards the other night and one of the series that had won thanked the makers of it for giving them the chance in the first place.
The makers were the company baby cow (steve coogan) who also made human remains an absolute classic of a series and in my opinion never received the credit it so deserved. At the time this was made both brydon and davies were not the household names they are today and i just thought to myself what an eye for comic genius coogan must have.
The writing and performance in all six episodes just shows how talented brydon and davies really are. One of the best British comedy series ever made and should be up there with the likes of python and milligan.

Hysterical (1982)
A cult classic if ever there was one.
I remember the first time i saw this movie as a 16 year old boy just over 30 years ago, me and a friend rented it from the local video store one afternoon and most afternoons from then on. Hysterical has to be my all time favorite comedy, i must have seen it a hundred times at least and even now when i put it on and i hear the words....hi i'm frederick lansing glad you could join me.....i start to smile knowing whats coming next. I've read most of the reviews and they seem to be quite mixed but like most things you either love it or you hate it and i have to say i love it.......i'm glad they brought it out on DVD in the end as my video was on its last legs although i don't think they should have added the far too long musical number. all in all if you do watch it i can honestly say you will enjoy it.......but you will probably have to be around my age (46) to get all the movie references. enjoy.
acker jawaka YOUR DOOMED!!!!
I have just read through all the reviews for this movie again and cannot believe what some people have said about it.........have they watched the same movie as me or is there another film out there with the same name they have watched by mistake lol. You would have to be in a coma not to find this movie funny, i know its not to everyones taste but come on......1 star...........that said not everybody is blessed with a sense of humour just the self importance lol. Look at her eyes...............I've scored
Colin's Sandwich (1988)
both series of colin's sandwich are often overlooked British comedy classics
in my humble opinion colln's sandwich should be up there with the likes of fawlty towers, the young ones, comic strip, blackadder & monty python, not passed over, ignored and hidden away like what happened with the mary whitehouse experience, another British classic that was never given the recognition it so greatly deserved.
for whatever reason these 2 gems of British comedy at its finest have been more or less completely forgotten. i myself cannot understand why this has happened because i thought both series were fantastic. that said this is really a revue for just colin's sandwich but while i'm here all i can say is if you ever get chance to watch any one of them grab it with both hands because you will be missing a televisual treat if you don't.
