Goodnight (Or Good Morning) Official Trailer
Goodnight (or Good Morning) is the coming-of-age story of a senior in high school, who wrestles with responsibilities towards his family, protecting his mother from his emotionally abusive father. He is also challenged by an outspoken, progressive girl named Emily.
This is the directorial debut of Bradley Plausse, who while still in high school wrote, produced, directed, and edited the film over the course of two and a half years. The young cast features young actors with training from The Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts theater program. Over three hundred people from the state of Connecticut participated in this project, if not as part of the cast or crew, than as an extra or through a financial donation.
The film was made possible through the donation of equipment by Community Voice Channel Bolton, a nonprofit public access station serving Andover, Bolton, Ellington, Hebron, Marlborough, Tolland, and Vernon Connecticut.
The film will premiere on July 7th at 2:30pm at Cinestudio Theater in Hartford, Connecticut, a not-for-profit independent film theater, located on the campus of Trinity College. To stay informed on the film, please follow the films FaceBook: @sojournerct.
