Collection of villains in MCU. Even characters that turn good will be counted as villains, cause they were villains at some point.

Only those who have some character on them or personality will be included.

There is many factors (how good performance it is, how well respect source material...) and it works both ways. Many characters are used very poorly (even too little, or they just do not represent what they should).
