Many people think they know the book by the many film adaptations of it. Also, there are many things in the book that has changed over a period of time that many people no longer relate to since it's publication in 1843. The Poor Law of 1834, as it was being executed, at the time of the story, being one of them. Certain popular economic theories at the time and over population were issues at the time when it was written. Let's see how many of these can you answer about the original book while using the films and the text of the original book and a little research into the Christmas traditions in England around 1843, and research into the poor law of 1834.
