This isn't necessarily in ranked form. By the way, this is just my personal opinion and I realize hotness is a highly subjective quality. Also: IMDb is often pretty bad at using flattering photos of the actors and actresses, so, just know that the guys were much hotter in the films and TV shows I watched them on. Oh... and, by the way, I'm white. So I'm used to watching mainly white movies and shows. Most of the guys on these lists will be white. (I'm trying to expand my horizons, as I hope we all are, but Hollywood is incredibly racist with casting.)
