She was good as Rose the Hat BUT she needed to play up the almost Empress that Rose sees herself as. She was meant to come across as someone who was meant to think that humans or "Rubes" as the True Knot calls, are inferior.

I think she would have been amazing as Abra Stone, I think it would have been fine for her to even keep her Red hair, it would have been a nice little nod to IT films since they're meant to be set in the same universe. He has range and can play ANGRY like Abra was meant to be. The girl they got, no offense to Kyliegh Curran, she was BAD, like High School Drama class level.

No change, he nailed it as CROW DADDY, he was creepy and boarderline PEDO like he was in the book, keep up the good work Zahn!

Snakebite Andy choice One, she has range and I would love to see her play a character that has a messed up backstory and show just how much she hates "Rubes" and men in particular.

Snakebite Andy choice number Two, she has the young look which the character needs and she could use that to basically the fact she looks the way she does to lure men so she can rob and mutilate them.

She played Apron Annie, she was fine, she has no lines in the book and is background anyway.

He was fine as "Barry the Chunk" or as he is better known in the book as "Barry the Chink" since he is mean to have vaguely asian features. Robert played him just fine and it worked for the part.

I would have cast him as "Grandpa Flick" imagine him wearing Bermuda Shorts, a T-Shirt and a fishing cap. He could have played the True Knot's Grandfatherly, sometimes senile, mostly pleasant Grandpa Flick.

I think she would have amazing as "Silent Sarey." I liked her in AMERICAN HORROR STORY and I think she could have played a very understated character in the book who I personally think was the heart of the True Knot. She was the most unconditionally loving and loyal member of Rose's KaTet, she had some good scenes too, read the book and you will see.

I think he would have been good as "Diesel Doug", he is only in a few scenes but it would have been kinda fun to see him play a bit character in a Stephen King movie.

He played "Short Eddie" just fine, he can stay.

I think he would have been fun as "David Stone", Abra Stone's father, he can play smart and he could come across as a man who doesn't believe what he sees but has to go along with it because his Daughter, who he loves dearly, is involved in a life and death struggle.

She was fine as "Lucy Stone," she played her believably and I think she did the best with what she was given. The connection between her and "Mo-Mo" could have been something that would have been nice to see. Especially the scene in the book where Mo-Mo breaks her arm and begs her granddaughter to cut the damned thing off!

She is my pick for "Concetta Reynolds" aka "Mo-Mo", the matriarch of the Stone house. She could come across as someone who would do anything to protect her family and also that she whole heartedly believes in what her great granddaughter is and can do could be done by Leachman. She basically needs to play a slightly more Lucid version of the character she played in "Raising Hope".

He was fine as "Dick Hallorann", he played him the way Scatman Crothers did and he worked for the film.

He played "Dr. John Dalton" or "DJ" to his friends in AA. He is also a sort of mentor to Danny Torrance and a good friend and also happens to be The Stone family's GP. He played him well but I think he could play him a bit more skeptically.

She played "Mrs.Massey" very well, no change needed.

She played "Wendy Torrance", she was basically doing a Shelly Duvall impression, it worked since she is maybe three scenes.

He played "Danny Torrance" aged 7, he was fine, no change need.

He played "Bradly Trevor" aka "The Baseball Boy" well, we saw his pain when the True Knot tore him apart to get his Steam. No change needed.

I would have cast him as "Casey Kingsley", Danny and Billy's boss at the Municipal Department in Frazier, NH as well as Danny's AA sponsor and mentor.

He was fine as "Dinnie", the only thing that needs to be added to the script is the line "Watch out for the Woman in the Hat Honeybear...She is Queen Bitch of Castle Hell."

She was fine as "Violet" and he introduction in the early part of the film helped establish what kinda "People" the True Knot actually are.

She played "Violet's Mother." Fine acting, no change need.

He was fine as "Tommy" Dinnie's son, no change needed except for one, she needs to say at least ONCE "CANNY" when she looked at the cocaine that is in Dinnie's apartment in the beginning of the film.

He was fine as "The Magician', only thing, he needed to wear a crazy wig and a bowler hat and call himself "The Great MAGNIFCO" as well as ride into the party on a tiny bike like he does in the book.

He played "Danny Torrance" in the original SHINING film, he was just a bit part in "Doctor Sleep" and if you blink you missed him. He was at the baseball game as one of the "Dad's".

It would have a fun little Homage to his Horror film career to have him make a cameo as "Horace Derwent" the one time owner of the Overlook, "Great Party" is his one line in the film but it would have been a great easter egg.

He was fine as "Delbert Grady", he looks like Phillip Stone, the actor who played him the 1980s film by Kubrick.

She as fine as "Grady Twin", no change needed.
