The Boys is one of the best superhero series with some of the most gory and violent action sequences. Based on a comic book series of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, the Prime Video series is created by Eric Kripke and it follows the story of a young man named Hughie whose girlfriend is killed by a reckless supe, because of that, he joins Billy Butcher with a team of vigilantes who are trying to get justice against the supes, who are backed by their very violent leader Homelander and an evil corporation Vought. The Boys is just getting better with each new and let’s hope that’s the case for the upcoming fourth season. So, if you love all the gore, violence, dark comedy, supes, and genuine emotions in The Boys here are some similar shows you could watch next.

“FBI is now killing all online critics of Biden,” Ali Alexander, organizer of “Stop the Steal” protests that fueled the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, announced on his Telegram account on Wednesday. “This is all by design.”
This alarming claim was prompted by the death of Craig Deleeuw Robertson, 75, in an FBI raid on his Provo, Utah residence early that morning. According to a criminal complaint from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Robertson was to be charged with interstate threats, impeding federal law enforcement officers by threat, and making threats against the president...

[[tmz:video id="0_9pcet1hv"]] Mike Mitchell's scathing video takedown of the NFL -- and Commissioner Roger Goodell -- is resonating with other players ... especially two guys on the New Orleans Saints. TMZ Sports spoke with Saints Cb Sterling Moore and Lb Craig Robertson before they played the Falcons in Atlanta on Thursday ... and they both made it clear they stand by Mitchell. Fyi, Mitchell -- safety for the Pittsburgh Steelers -- went off on the NFL and Goodell...

At today’s upfront presentation in New York, Fox revealed several trailers for its upcoming programming (sorry, no new “X-Files” footage — yet), including both midseason and fall series. As previously reported, sci-fi and comics are heavily represented in the mix, though there are a few other surprises.

How well do these trailers sell these high-concept premises? Below are our rankings and reviews — be sure to vote in the poll for your favorite.
“The Resident”
Okay, this one’s a mess. Zigging and zagging between characters and plotlines, the very attractive doctors get plenty of screen time (always nice to see Matt Czuchry get work after “Gilmore Girls” and “The Good Wife”), but real talk — who is the titular Resident? Based on this, there are at least three candidates for that singular title, and while the smart money is on Czuchry,...

Though he recently tried to survive the apocalypse in This Is The End with pals Seth Rogen, James Franco, Danny McBride, Craig Robertson and Jonah Hill, Jay Baruchel isn't letting a hilarious apocalypse slow him down and just booked a rather high-profile gig, that's a touch more Hollywood than he tends to get.
The Hollywood Reporter broke the news that Baruchel is joining Cameron Crowe's untitled romantic comedy that already stars Bradley Cooper, Emma Stone and Rachel McAdams, with the Canadian cutie playing Bradley's step-brother, and we imagine, a source of the comedy in the rom-com equation.
The movie follows Cooper's defence contractor who falls for Stone's Air Force pilot and then McAdams is added to the mix in a way that hasn't been made clear yet but a love triangle would be a safe bet.

Even while watching the film unfold before one’s eyes, it is hard to believe that This is the End exists. Not necessarily because the humor is so ludicrously silly and completely unhinged at every possible turn – though I certainly cannot pinpoint the last time I encountered a big studio comedy this ruthlessly deranged – but because in addition to being screamingly funny, the film’s larger ambitions are surprisingly high, and it executes pretty spectacularly on just about everything it sets out to do.
Be it Hollywood satire, apocalyptic mayhem, thrilling action set pieces, or most importantly, legitimately sharp character work and thematic insight, This is the End plays host to a broad swath of impressive cinematic accomplishments. The many elements this film nails should not work together so seamlessly, and yet there is the proof, right there on screen, nestled between James Franco and Danny McBride having a ridiculous,...

Jonathan Kasdan's sophomore film The First Time is an enchanting story of young love aimed squarely at millenials, but its comical dialogue and cheerful tone give it much broader appeal. Similar to last year's Like Crazy, this movie can conjure desire for first love among younger crowds and nostalgia for it in older audiences.
Dave (Dylan O'Brien) is a senior in high school hung up on Jane (Victoria Justice), the girl he's been crushing on for years. Outside the type of lavish, extravagant party that only appear in high school sex comedies, Dave meets Aubrey (Britt Robertson), a junior from another school who catches him rehearsing an embarassing speech as he's about to profess his love for Jane. In the film's long opening scene, the two strike up a conversation that lays the groundwork for their entire relationship, building up to a "will they, won't they" surrounding their first times having sex.

I’m probably not alone in this, but the moment I saw “New Leads” listed as tonight’s episode, I was half-expecting, half-hoping for a Scrantonian send-up of Glengarry Glen Ross. Who’d be Shelly? Stanley? Or Phyllis? Would Michael perform his own version of Alec Baldwin’s monologue? Heck, Baldwin’s on 30 Rock, at the very least he could make a guest appearance…
Well, for fans of David Mamet’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play, the only resemblance is that there are new leads in, they’re gold, and the sales staff can’t have them—and it’s probably for the best because parodies are like Betty White hosting SNL bacon-wrapped Peeps: in the end, never as funny as the idea.
Also good because it would’ve weighed an otherwise very good episode down.
The titular new leads are $50,000 worth of names Sabre has spent to be doled out to...
