From the day we’re born, we’re fed these preconceived notions about everything—gender, class, economy, you name it. And most of us cling to these conventional ideas and stubbornly refuse to step outside of them. Humans are born brainwashed, and even though we’re gifted with consciousness, creativity, and a unique thought process in each individual, instead of questioning the norms, most of us get even more attached to them. External forces like consumerism and capitalism are somehow to blame for it, as even the food we eat and the face cream we slather on somehow manage to hypnotize us. They enchant us with their clever advertising, and we readily fall for it, blinded by their seemingly harmless effectiveness. Who needs free will when we can be happily trapped in this circus of labyrinthine manipulation?

They Cloned Tyrone, the latest mystery thriller on Netflix by Jule Taylor, blends elements from Jordan Peele’s Us, Boots Riley’s Sorry to Bother You, and the Amazon series “I’m Virgo.” It shares a similar vibe with Black Mirror, delving into how the advancement of technology started to take control of the human mind, leading humanity either to prosperity or to its ultimate downfall. They Cloned Tyrone also provides a powerful social commentary on racism, shedding light on the complicated struggles faced by people of color in society. They have endured torment for years, which has left them with vulnerabilities and insecurities about their own existence. They Cloned Tyrone explores such darkness and represents this existential crisis through its protagonist, Fontaine, who discovers multiple clones of himself worldwide. This leads him to wonder who is responsible for this troubling situation.

Rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has been in news of late. First, it was his chiselled look after he gained extra pounds that made waves on the Internet and now, it’s his new song ‘Gatividhi’ which also features actress Mouni Roy.
The song is a party number and is best suited for this time of the year when the Holiday season is in full-swing. Talking about the song, Honey Singh said: “Like the name suggests, ‘Gatividhi’ is going to be a hep party song and Mouni Roy’s charm in the video has lifted the song to the next level. The video is killer and I can’t wait for the people to see and listen to ‘Gatividhi'”.
Musically, the song somewhere reminds of another Honey Singh song ‘Manali Trance’. The visuals of the song present Honey and Mouni grooving to the beats of the song in an underground set-up.

The song also features Iulia Vantur in a new avatar adding another facet to the song. Talking about the song, Honey Singh said: “I’ve loved the original song ‘Yai Re’ and when the opportunity came in to recreate such an iconic track I jumped on it! ‘Yai Re’ is a party anthem of 2022-2023. World’s End is focused on the couples of Agents Of Shield and the love those couples share. We get powerful moments between Coulson and May, Fitz and Simmons, and Yo Yo and Mack, but this isn’t just a hearts and flowers instalment, because Ghost Rider is back, and this time, the demonic Spirit of Vengeance has quite the budget to back him up!

To be fair, many fans will have figured something like this was on the cards, because the “Bouncing Back” episode opened with what appeared to be someone’s bloody demise in space. In those comics, Rodriguez has super-speed much like The Flash or X-Men‘s Quicksilver, but unlike them, her power eventually slingshots (hence the codename) her back to the point she started running from. It remains to be...

The synopsis for the midseason finale of Marvel’s Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. hinted that Daisy (Chloe Bennet) would be finalizing her team of Secret Warriors to go up against the forces of Hydra, and that would seem to be confirmed with the addition of Mexican actress Natalia Cordova-Buckley (Windows to the Sea, McFarland, USA) to the cast.
According to Point Of Geeks, Buckley will play Yo Yo Rodriguez, Aka Slingshot. This Marvel Comics character is a speedster like The Flash and X-Men‘s Quicksilver, but unlike them, her power eventually slingshots (hence the name) her back to the point she started running from.

It’s an interesting twist on the usual super-speed ability, and will hopefully make for a cool visual on the show. In the comics, Rodriguez was actually the daughter of the supervillian known as The Griffin, and gained her powers through his...

According to Point of Geeks, Natalia Cordova-Buckley (McFarland, USA) has joined the cast of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Yo Yo Rodriguez, a character you'll know better as Secret Warriors member Slingshot. It hasn't been revealed when exactly she'll show up in the series, but the site adds that the actress is set to begin work on the series in January, so we won't be seeing her until the show returns in March. For those of you unfamiliar with Slingshot, she's a speedster similar to The Flash and Quicksilver. However, the difference here is that she ends up always returning to the spot where she activated her powers, hence the name! That could be a lot of fun to explore in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and makes her stand out from the heroes mentioned above. What do you guys think? ...

Yo Yo Honey Singh's health scare is behind him now. After a month-long sabbatical, the superstar-musician is back on his feet ready to rock once again. During the month of self-imposed recuperation, Yo Yo had exiled himself completely from his professional interests. He had to cancel several high-profile commitments including a special song for Farah Khan's Happy New Year. Says a source, "After 'Lungi Dance' in Chennai Express, Shah Rukh wanted another dhamaka with Yo Yo. But the doctors played spoilsport. Honey Singh was under strict medical supervision and not allowed to move out of his bed except for the bare necessities." Continues the source, "He was not even allowed to keep his phone with him. His wife Shalini attended all his calls and replied to the important ones. She has looked after him during the past month like a truly devoted wife. Khoobsurat is Disney’s latest royal romantic comedy in collaboration with Anil Kapoor Films Co and Utv Motion Pictures. It is a remake of yesteryear Hrishikesh Mukharjee hit of the same name and stars Sonam Kapoor, Kiron Kher and Ratna Pathak in pivotal roles. It also marks the Bollywood debut of Pakistani heavyweight Fawad Khan.
Khoobsurat features music by Sneh Khalwalkar (Gangs of Wasseypur), Badhshah and Armaan Malik with vocals from Sunidhi Chauhan amongst others.
The album begins with Engine Ki Seeti, a Rajastani folksy fusion dance number by Sunidhi Chauhan and Resmi Sateesh. It is a catchy number and Ikram Rajasthani’s quirky lyrics, paired with Resmi and Sunidhi’s enthusiastic renditions, take you on a wacky ride (pun intended). Khanwalker commands the brilliant amalgamation of musical arrangements.
Badshah’s Abhi To Party Shuru Huyee Hai shares a lot of similarities with former collaboration partner Yo Yo Honey Singh.

They say a true entertainer performs against all odds for his fans. Something of the sort happened on Saturday 9th August 2014 for the inaugural World Kabaddi League at London’s O2 Arena.
The UK has been waiting with bated breath for international superstar and owner of the Khalsa Warriors kabaddi team, Akshay Kumar, to perform at the event, which also marked his 500th performance in his 24-year illustrious career.
Despite torrential weather in the UK causing flash floods, tens of thousands of individuals gathering in London for pro-Palestine demonstrations and the annual RideLondon charity bike run resulting in road closures and rerouting, Akshay Kumar remained the ultimate sportsman of the event, as he supported the organisers to make sure the show went on seamlessly. He lived up to his reputation to deliver a breathtaking performance for fans that made it to the venue to see him perform live.

Rohit Shetty’s Singham Returns sees Ajay Devgan reprise his much-applauded role of D.C.P Bajirao Singham.
For an action thriller, Singham featured a short yet well composed soundtrack by national award-winners Ajay-Atul and lyrics by the incorrigible Swanand Kirkire. Shetty has opted for another short album again, comprising of five tracks composed by Yo Yo Honey Singh (‘Lungi Dance’ – Chennai Express), Jeet Ganguly (Aashiqui 2), Ankit Tiwari (Ek Villain) and Meet Bros Anjan (Kick). Vocal talents featured in the album are that of Mamta Sharma (‘Munni Badnaam’ – Dabangg), Arjit Singh (‘Muskurane’ – Citylights), Ankit Tiwari (‘Galliyaan’ – Ek Villain) and Mika Singh (‘Jhumme Ki Raat’ – Kick).
The album opens with Aaja Mata Satakli. If you are not tiresome of the overuse of Yo Yo Honey Singh in Bollywood yet, then ‘Aaja Mata Satakli’ just might be impressive or the push you needed to feel otherwise. It is a typical Yo Yo fare,...

Yo Yo Honey Singh is getting ready to get into the boxing ring. Trained in mixed martial arts, the boxer would soon be jumping into the ring for his Global Fighting Championship league that he has started. Protests Honey, "I went to that club for the party because it was my friend Imtiaz Khatri's cousin's birthday. At the party she insisted that I sing a song for her birthday. So I did. But not after having bloody drinks, as reported. I'd sing for any friend's happiness. I don't have to get drunk to do so." Honey reiterates that he has given up drinking completely to prepare for the big fight in the ring. "I used to be the occasional social drinker earlier.

In fact I felt I was with someone much younger than me," says Yo Yo who turns 31 this month. The song that Yo Yo sang and shot with the Big B was a promotional video for the Big B's forthcoming release Bhootnath Returns. "I had to be very careful. In the middle of his busy schedule of making all the TV shows and movies, J.J. Abrams has found time to admit his mistakes. Talking to MTV, he acknowledges that the way they handled Khan’s reveal for Star Trek Into Darkness was probably not the best. Learning from his shortcomings, Abrams also revealed every story and casting secret of the next Star Wars movie. For example, Benedict Cumberbatch will voice the long-secret love child of Yoda and Jar Jar Binks, Yo Yo Danks. (Yep, Jjb was a lady.)...
