Hallmark stars Alison Sweeney, Lacey Chabert and Autumn Reeser made an incredible team in the first and second The Wedding Veil trilogy. Moreover, they were such a great team that Sweeney would love to do a Hallmark holiday movie with her two friends. Meanwhile, Alison isn’t ruling out more movies in The Wedding Veil franchise itself.

It’s that time of year when popular Christmas movies are marathoned on television. By now, you are either on your millionth viewing or you’re absolutely sick of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, as the Chevy Chase holiday sequel is a renowned classic that is played every year along with movies like Home Alone, Home Alone 2, A Christmas Story and The Santa Clause. The movie is a family-friendlier entry for the Vacation series that brought John Hughes back to combine his famous Griswold tribe with his penchant for holiday films.
According to People, Christmas Con 2023 has recently jingled its way to Edison, New Jersey. This year, Chevy Chase headlined a reunion with his co-stars from National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. The Clark Griswold actor joined his on-screen wife, Beverly D’Angelo, Cousin Eddie actor Randy Quaid and Miriam Flynn, who portrayed Eddie’s wife in the three Vacation films in which they appeared.

In the world of Hallmark Channel, no holiday is bigger than Christmas. Every year, the feel-good network airs dozens of movies focused on the December 25 holiday. Other celebrations don’t get nearly as much attention, especially Halloween. But that’s changing this year with a new movie starring Chris McNally and Julie Gonzalzo that mixes spooky vibes with sweet romance.

On August 5, 2003, the Fox network premiered The O.C., a teen drama set against the lush backdrop of Newport Beach, California, about the chaos that ensues when wealthy lawyer Sandy Cohen (Peter Gallagher) takes Ryan Atwood (Ben McKenzie), a kid from the wrong side of the tracks, to live with his family in their huge McMansion. The show was an instant sensation, making stars out of McKenzie, Mischa Barton (as fragile Newport princess Marissa Cooper), Adam Brody (as Sandy’s nerdy son Seth), and Rachel Bilson (as Seth’s forever crush...

Realm, the largest scripted podcast network, today announced the upcoming release of America 2.0, a scripted audio drama starring Patrick J Adams (“Suits”) as an idealistic first term congressman, launching May 2.
Entangled in his first ever controversy, Seth McGuire (Adams) finds himself ill-equipped to navigate D.C.’s treachery. His only hope comes from a big idea to give every American citizen one million dollars.
Inspired by the optimistic storytelling in Mr. Smith Goes to Washington and The West Wing, co-creators J S Mayank and David Carlyle wanted to put out a message of hope. “Politics is supposed to be aspirational, and yet it’s become anything but. Our cast and crew wanted to bring back high-minded, civil discourse—all while making politics entertaining again,” said Mayank.

Just because the three women at the center of The Wedding Veil Trilogy movies are now married doesn’t mean there isn’t still magic to be found when each is in possession of the veil. In the third film of the second trilogy, The Wedding Veil Journey, Tracy (Alison Sweeney) is the one once again in possession of it, this time as she and Nick (Victor Webster) finally go on their honeymoon — in Greece! Tracy’s best friends Avery (Lacey Chabert) and Emma (Autumn Reeser), of course, have roles to play. Sweeney previews the latest Wedding Veil movie and shares if we’ll see any more Hallmark mystery movies from her. Everything about this third movie in this trilogy was gorgeous. It made me really want to travel to Greece. Alison Sweeney: Oh my gosh. I had never been to a Greek island before, and it just blew my mind.

Now that you've watched The Wedding Veil Expectations, were you as charmed with the continuation of Avery and Peter's relationship as you were when they met in The Wedding Veil?
If you read our earlier interview with Lacey Chabert, you might have noticed a reference that felt unfinished.
Well, it was unfinished because Lacey shared her thoughts on some of the movie's specifics, and we wanted to ensure you'd had time to see it before digging in.
From my perspective, there was so much to enjoy about The Wedding Veil Expectations, and as Lacey noted in the previous interview, seeing how Avery and Peter's relationship has grown is just one of the aspects that makes this second trilogy worth the effort.
There were some really funny scenes in general, but especially between Lacey and Kevin McGarry, who plays Peter, which we didn't want to spoil.
There is also some conversation...

Lacey Chabert is, in our opinion, the reigning queen of Hallmark. With a full 35 movies under her belt at the completion of her latest trilogy, she deserves the title.
Her latest movie, airing tonight, reunites her with her Wedding Veil trilogy costars Alison Sweeney and Autumn Reeser for the first of another three movies featuring their characters.
The Wedding Veil Expectations takes us beyond the initial meet-cutes and proposals to what happens to a newly married couple once they settle into their life together.
If Lacey and her on-screen husband, Kevin McGarry, stole your hearts in The Wedding Veil, you're going to adore their latest adventures.
We had the opportunity to chat with Lacey about the trilogy and the new chapters, and her new multi-picture deal with Crown media.

Exclusive: Sean Ryan Fox (Henry Danger) and Catherine Daddario (Oak) will lead the cast of the indie high school drama The Midway Point, marking the feature directorial debut of writer-director Lucca Vieira, which has wrapped production in Los Angeles. Others in the ensemble include 2019 Honorary Academy Award winner Wes Studi (The Last of the Mohicans), Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Thora Birch (Ghost World) and Julie Benz (Dexter).

Food and romance often go hand-in-hand, and we’ll see that on display in the new Hallmark Movies and Mysteries movie Always Amore. In the film, restaurant owner Elizabeth (Autumn Reeser) is trying to keep her late husband’s Italian restaurant, Il Cibo E Vita, in business… but she doesn’t want the help of “restaurant fixer” Ben (Tyler Hynes). The pair clash as Elizabeth desperately wants to hold onto tradition while Ben sees opportunities to revamp many things about the eatery. Could they come to a middle ground where tradition and innovation (and maybe Elizabeth and Ben) can come together in harmony? While watching the rom-com, don’t be surprised if you suddenly find yourself hungry for Italian food because best-selling author, restauranteur, and TV personality Giada De Laurentiis is an executive producer on the project. "What's a Llorona? And what does it want with my son?" Saban Films has unveiled an official US trailer for a horror film titled The Legend of La Llorona, the feature debut of filmmaker Patricia Harris Seeley. This is the third horror film in the last few years about the Mexican ghost story of La Llorona. Warner Bros released The Curse of La Llorona, then there was also La Llorona from Guatemala last year. Do we really need another one? This one looks like the least interesting one yet. While vacationing in Mexico, a couple discovers their son's disappearance is tied to a supernatural curse. Aided by the resourceful taxi driver Jorge (Danny Trejo) the family races to save their only child, navigating the foreboding countryside held by menacing cartel thugs. Gaining strength and power and leaving a path of death and destruction in her wake, La Llorona is seemingly unstoppable.

Andrew Walker leads a charmed life. He and his wife have two beautiful children and spend time working in the yard and taking their boys to the beach.
But Andrew is also a super busy actor, and he's learned to maximize his time in quarantine while shuttling back and forth to Canada to take roles in our favorite Hallmark rom-coms.
That means that he's fully connected with his character, Jack, in The 27-Hour Day, where he costars with Autumn Reeser as an owner of a wellness retreat helping folks unplug, unwind, and relax.
We had the chance to chat with Andrew, and he shared a lot with us about supporting his leading ladies and making the most of his personal time, among other things.

Autumn Reeser has been acting professionally for more than 20 years. What you know her best from will largely depend on your age. If you were in high school during the mid 2000s, you’ll probably remember her for her role as Taylor Townsend in The O.C. Others may remember her best for playing Lizzie Grant in Entourage or Katie Andrews in No Ordinary Family. No matter what you know her from, however, chances are that she’s left a lasting impression on you. Her hard work and versatility as an actress are two things that certainly haven’t gone unnoticed over the

The made-for-tv movie was a programming staple for the broadcast networks in the 1970s and 1980s. While it fell out of favor in the 1990s and was even dropped as an Emmy Awards category for three years beginning in 2011, it has been on an upswing as of late. This year, 28 telefilms are in contention for the five nominations that will be revealed on July 28; last year only 21 TV movies were submitted.
All 22,000 plus voting members of the TV academy have until July 13 to cast their 2020 Emmy Awards nominations ballots for their favorite TV movies. In the past, voters were limited in the number of telefilms that they could put forth. In 2017 that cap (which was usually 10 per category) was lifted. And, as opposed to the Oscars, voters for the Emmys do not rank their choices and nominees are determined by a simple tally.

"They're everywhere!" Saban Films has released a new trailer for a terrible-looking zombie action film titled Dead Trigger, based on the mobile game of the same name first published in 2012. The film premiered in 2017 but is only now getting a release, and it's obvious once you see this footage why no one has touched it - despite Lundgren. When an unstoppable zombie apocalypse takes over the world, the government develops a video game, called "Dead Trigger," that mirrors the terrifying events plaguing the planet. The best efforts of the gamers are monitored, and they recruit the highest rated zombie killers. The young recruits are called “Dead Triggers”. This follows a group of recruits who travel to the origin of the outbreak to find a missing team of scientists searching for a cure. This stars Dolph Lundgren, Autumn Reeser, Romeo Miller, Isaiah Washington, Chris Galya, and Justin Chon. Looks even worse than so-bad-it's-good.
