It was one wild ride on Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 21 and Shadowhunters Season 3 Episode 22.
There were happy tears, sad tears, and even tears created out of confusion. Yes, apparently that's possible.

TV Fanatics have been enjoying the new CBS miniseries The Red Line.
We had the opportunity to speak with Elizabeth Laidlaw who plays Victoria "Vic" Renna, the partner of Paul Evans (Noel Fisher), the police officer accused of shooting an unarmed black man, setting off the compelling story at hand.
Please enjoy our conversation below before watching the next two episodes of The Redline on CBS.
What were your thoughts after first reading the script for The Red Line?
So, I have an interesting history with this. I've known Caitlin and Erica who are the creators for some time. We were all based in Chicago and working around each other at the same time. So I knew them, and I had gone to see the play A Twist of Water, on which Red Line is based. And I loved it. It's one of my favorite plays I've seen in many years.

For all that broadcast TV’s power has attenuated in recent years, what they choose to put on still means something — and, from a certain point of view, something more than the choices made by prestige outlets. After all, the reach of broadcasters is without parallel. They’re simply in that many more homes than prestige cablers and streamers, even as their peak audience (or even their audience five years ago) seems unattainable now.

Not every element of CBS’s new drama “The Red Line,” about the aftermath of a police shooting in Chicago, works perfectly, but the show is trying to do something unusual in today’s landscape — use the big, broad emotional strokes of broadcast at its best to usher...

Chicago – There always seems to be a moment or event in our lives where everything happens. Writer/director Stephen Cone places that context into a celebration, that reveals necessary truths to its participants. It’s going to be a enlightening time at “Henry Gamble’s Birthday Party.”
Rating: 4.0/5.0
The strength of the film is that it mixes a Christian outlook – Henry is the son of a evangelical pastor – with the human elements surrounding the air of religiosity. Everyone, it seems, is faced with a transition at this party, and follows through cosmically and with an evolving determination. Cone has a delicate touch with his own material, and his filmmaking technique is original and self assured. This work is a fabulous example of great independent filmmaking, using poised actors, tight storytelling and authentic emotion. Accept the invitation to this party, and make sure you RSVP.

Making your way into theaters in the very start of a new year doesn’t help boost anticipation. Over the last handful of years, the months of January and February have become the dumping ground for pictures from major studios, that those executives either have little to no faith in or simply don’t know what else to do with. Focusing much of their attention on the awards fodder that begins to expand over the first few weeks of a new year (like The Revenant, opening in wide release this very weekend), studios relegate comedies or even horror to these weeks at the front end of the year, only to see them die a relatively quick death. And then there are the art house distributors, who have turned this part of the year into something far more important.
