She directs her parents in cute scenes she dreams up, chats away “like a grown-up” and has showbiz in her genes, but there’s one thing Tyler Hilton and Megan Park’s daughter Winnie wants no part of — her father’s singing!
As the toddler marks her 3rd birthday on Dec. 20, she has clearly found her voice and she’s hilariously using it to shut down her dad’s.
“She hates when I sing,” Hilton tells Et Canada ahead of his CBS movie “When Christmas Was Young”, premiering Dec. 18. “When she was a baby, I sang all the time and she couldn’t tell me not to, but now she’s definitely not into it. Even if I hit a note on the piano while she’s playing with toys, she goes, ‘No, no, no!’ When I play music, I tune everyone out, so maybe she picks up on that...

It’s getting tricky over at The Winchesters! The CW has just confirmed that Supernatural alum Richard Speight Jr. is set to reprise his role as Loki on the eighth episode of the mothership’s prequel hit. As Spn fans know, Speight’s character is the Norse demigod and the original Trickster, described by the net’s release as being “as dangerous as he is wily.” Still sporting that “veneer of whimsy to mask his malevolence, Loki thrives on crooked games and sowing chaos — and Hunters are one of his favorite playthings.” Dean Buscher/The CW “Richard’s an old friend of mine, so it was a question of when, not if,” offers showrunner Robbie Thompson, who gives “total credit” to the show’s writers for finding a way to work Loki into the early Winchester lore. “I think it was in New Orleans actually when we were shooting Episode...

Following the news that series original Jordan Elsass would be stepping away from his role as Jonathan Kent on Superman & Lois, the future of the CW hit’s third season seemed to be, well, up in the air. Would they recast? Write off the character? Move to HBO Max and be abruptly canceled? After all, Elsass had been key to the show’s central relationship between Jon and Jordan (Alex Garfin), the twin sons of Clark Kent (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch), so finding someone who could replicate the chemistry he shared with on-screen sibling Garfin would be an heroic feat in itself. Dean Buscher/The CW Thankfully, it was soon revealed that the role would indeed be filled by a new actor and we have confirmation that said actor has been found! Warner Bros. TV has just announced that Aussie native Michael Bishop (Spin) will be joining...

With a decades-long list of credits ranging from “Rush Hour” to Disney’s live-action “Mulan,” Tzi Ma has earned his reputation as Hollywood’s go-to Asian dad dozens of times over. But even with his latest role, the actor continues to break new ground as the patriarch of the first Asian American family to anchor a broadcast television drama on The CW’s “Kung Fu” reboot.
“Saying that was totally in jest,” Ma said in an interview with TheWrap, downplaying his well-deserved boast. “I mean, it was just so many of them all at once that I was like, ‘Well, okay.'”
Ma is making the jump to TV for “Kung Fu,” a rare series regular role for the actor after having recently lent his fatherly presence to films like “The Farewell,” “Mulan” and Netflix’s “Tigertail.” Ma tends to shy away from the “bullet train” pace of TV but...

This article contains spoilers for episode 4 of The Stand.
The fourth episode of CBS All Access’ miniseries adaptation of Stephen King’s epic novel The Stand, titled “The House of the Dead,” contains two scenes that are surprising to say the least.
Neither one of them turned up in the 1994 ABC miniseries based on King’s post-apocalyptic tale; one of them is taken from — or at least inspired by — the unexpurgated edition of the book that King published in 1990, from which very little was used in the 1994 TV event, while the other is wholly original to this adaptation.
In the first scene, Frannie Goldsmith (Odessa Young) and Harold Lauder (Owen Teague) are riding their motorcycles on their way to Boulder, Colorado in the wake of the Captain Trips pandemic when they come upon a truck blocking the road and what appears at first to be its dead driver.
But the...

We're sorry to report The CW has declined to order the Wayward Sisters TV show to series. The project would have been a spinoff to the network's successful, long-lived Supernatural and aired as a backdoor pilot, during the current season of the original program. It did well in the ratings and drew a lot of social media attention, so the decision not to move forward is frustrating to the cast and crew -- and to fans as well (this writer among them). Developed by Andrew Dabb and Robert Berens, Wayward Sisters stars Kim Rhodes, Briana Buckmaster, Kathryn Newton, Katherine Ramdeen, Clark Backo, and Yadira Guevara-Prip. Supernatural stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles co-starred in the Wayward Sisters pilot, which aired as episode 13.10 of Supernatural on January 18, 2018, on The CW. The entire Supernatural...
