There will be no $2 million winner on The Amazing Race this season. The CBS reality competition introduced a twist this go-round whereby the team that won the first leg would take home double the usual prize of $1 million if they also won the race. It was game over for Abbie Ginsberg and Ryan Danz on Sunday night's episode of The Amazing Race after the Chippendales U-Turned them.
"It's part of the game," Abbie reacts in an interview with ETonline. "When you get down to five teams, you have to do what's best for your survival. We would have used it. We don't fault the other teams. We were surprised it was who it was out of the teams left. We had built a friendly alliance with the Chips since day one."
