Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker has already become infamous for the amount of important facts that it didn’t bother to explain, with various tie-in books having to fill in backstories and clarify plot developments that were mystifying in the film itself. For instance, what’s the connection between Lando Calrissian and Jannah? If you’ll recall, the Rebellion hero and the ex-Stormtrooper share a scene at the movie’s end which suggests they will go off on adventures together in the Falcon.
Tros‘ Visual Dictionary heavily implied that Jannah was Lando’s daughter, who was revealed to have been kidnapped by the First Order as a child. Fans have been operating under this belief ever since, then. However, it’s worth inspecting the following passage from Rise of Skywalker‘s novelization, by author Rae Carson, which may conflict with what the Visual Dictionary had to say about their relationship.

Donald Trump may think ABC’s George Stephanopoulos is a “little wise guy,” but NBC, the DNC and Lady Luck have denied Sen. Elizabeth Warren a chance to take on the big boys in the first debates among Democrats who want the ex-Celebrity Apprentice host’s job.
After a random draw at 30 Rock today with party and candidate officials in attendance, the June 26 and June 27 tussles will see the Massachusetts senator and third-highest-ranking Dem in the 2020 race relegated to sharing the stage with the minuscule polling likes of Rep. The debates are set to air live from Miami’s Adrienne Arsht Center on NBC, MSNBC, CNBC and in translation on Telemundo

Well, holy hell. Can we just fast forward to The Blacklist Season 7 already?
There were plenty of surprises on The Blacklist Season 6 Episode 22, but none as shocking and surprising as the Katarina Rostova reveal.
After all of the events of The Blacklist Season 6 Episode 21, I was sure I had it all figured out.
Boy, was I wrong.
Even during this hour when Red was sitting with that friend of his at the beach, I was convinced that Red was Katarina and the man was the real Ilya.
The way they were talking about their childhood, and Red saying how much he loved this guy sold me on the Red is Katarina story.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible the story was of how Raymond Reddington came to be the Red we all love so much.
It was a compelling, fascinating, and beautiful, spectacular tale. I got chills. I cried.
And I've come to love Raymond Reddington even more than I did before.
Five stars are too low of a rating to give The Blacklist Season 6 Episode 18 and The Blacklist Season 6 Episode 19, and most of the praise goes to the final hour, "Rassvet" which was, hands down, the best episode ever of the entire series.
I am not going to spend any time on the crazy podcast girl from the first hour.

It was interesting, and I liked the twist, but after Katarina and Ilya's story? Who cares, right?
First, I was wrong, wrong, wrong about Red ever hurting Liz.
It would and will never happen.

Ressler just won't stop.
On The Blacklist Season 6 Episode 17, Ressler spent his spare time hunting for information about Katarina Rostova and came up with a doozy.
I can't remember if Ressler actually knows anything about Liz's grandfather or if Liz ever talked to him about Dominic, but the fact that Ressler found the mailbox is huge.
It's apparently their form of communication, but I'm still confused if that means that Red knows Katarina is alive because if Dom knows, wouldn't Red?
I can't imagine that Dominic would be able to keep something like that secret from Red, but anything is possible.
It's definitely getting more interesting with the various twists and turns about this entire Who is Red mystery.

The nightmare is about to begin.
Sam and Dean did what they thought was best for Jack on Supernatural Season 14 Episode 19, but their plan backfired in a huge way.
Lucifer wasn't going to let his son get played.
Whether it's really Lucifer or not who's in Jack's head isn't important.
The fact is that Lucifer is and always be part of Jack's DNA.
And that was the problem from the very beginning.

It's understandable that Castiel still foolishly believed that Jack could be saved.
He knew what Jack did to Mary was wrong, but he made it clear, at least to Duma, why he felt so strongly about saving Jack.
But all of them are fools.
And to be honest, I don't understand what took Castiel so long to get back to the bunker after he killed Duma.

Landry is a Templar once again, but on Knightfall Season 2 Episode 4, his success is short-lived.
Landry knew there would come a time when he would have to face-off against Philip, but he didn't think it would come the same day he got his Templar robe and sword back.
He didn't exactly face King Philip directly, but when Gawain and his men attacked the Lazarus Temple and found Landry, it might as well have been Philip who was holding the sword.
Now that Gawain knows where Landry is, the Templar's troubles are about to get worse.
There could have been more time to train, to relax, to bask in the glory of redemption, but that moment to take a breath no longer exists.

Lady Luck won't be on Liz or Dembe's side once Red finds out their secret.
Red showed his dark side on The Blacklist Season 6 Episode 16, and it was scary Af.
We've seen what Red is capable of throughout almost six seasons of The Blacklist, but we've never seen him like this.
As much as I don't want to believe it, it's entirely possible that Red already knows about Liz and Dembe.
He's playing them both the same way he played Smokey.
How he would have even found out is anyone's guess.
But the things Red said this hour to them both wasn't just chance.
At the very least, Red is suspicious of Dembe.
He might have a strong feeling that Dembe knows something and is hoping Dembe will come clean before he has to confront his protector and friend directly.

In a series filled with loathsome (yet deeply compelling) characters and would-be icons, Beric Dondarrion and Tormund Giantsbane have cemented their status as true fan-favorites over the past number of years.
How do we know? Coming out of the Game of Thrones season 7 finale, viewers were left sweating over the duo’s fate, given they were standing beneath the Wall just as the Night King and his undead army marched into Westeros for the first time.
Clever editing resulted in something of a cliffhanger for Beric and Tormund, though new intel gathered by Insider strongly suggests that Richard Dormer and Kristofer Hivju’s respective anti-heroes are safe as houses, as they ran towards a section of the Wall left untouched by Viserion’s blinding blue flame. Turns out this was actually cleared up in the script for season 7’s finale, “The Dragon and the Wolf,” which states:

Three years ago, Marvel placed Ant-Man, a sleeper hit about one of the studio’s lesser-known heroes, in the thick of summer blockbuster season. And to his credit, Scott Lang stood firm, collecting around $180M at the domestic box office for a global cume in excess of $500M.
A lot of contributing factors aided Ant-Man’s success – timing, for one, not to mention weak competition (see: Terminator: Genisys and Fantastic Four) – but it seems Lady Luck isn’t smiling on Ant-Man and the Wasp. At least not to the same extent.
Per Forbes, it’s being reported that Ant-Man and the Wasp is destined to hit $173M in the States… and not much more. That would place it just below Ant-Man‘s domestic total, and while this is merely a box office forecast, it’s no secret that the McU’s 20th installment faces a tall order if it’s...

Sandwiched between two McU titans in Avengers: Infinity War and its so-far unnamed sequel, Avengers 4, it was almost a foregone conclusion that Ant-Man and the Wasp would contain some nods – however small – to Marvel’s team-up movies. Frankly, they’re too big to ignore.
Such was the case during Ant-Man and the Wasp‘s post-credits scene which, we should warn you, is a direct spoiler for both Infinity War and its untitled sequel. So unless you’ve seen Peyton Reed’s miniature pic with your own two eyes, we advise you to bookmark this page and keep it until you’ve swung by your local theater. Don’t worry, we’ll wait.
Because now that they’re back on social media – just in time for Thanos’ Reddit purge, no less – the Russo Brothers have confirmed exactly how Scott Lang experienced Ant-Man and the Wasp‘s post-credits scene and lived to tell the tale.

Negan has more lives than a freaking cat!
Lady Luck was once again on the Savior leader's side on The Walking Dead Season 8 Episode 14, as he was able to wriggle his way out of yet another perilous situation. As sinister as we know Negan can be, he does possess a unique flair for being very persuasive.

Don't get me wrong, he's done some pretty God-awful things over the past two seasons, some of which seem unforgivable. However, I don't feel anyone is ever beyond redemption – even for someone as nefarious as Negan.
