Related: Quentin Tarantino Shelves ‘The Hateful Eight’ After Betrayal Results In Script Leak In a move that screams “douchebag,” one of the muckraking websites has illegally published the first draft of Quentin Tarantino‘s The Hateful Eight. I’m not going to say which one until Tarantino’s lawyers get into it, but that seems like a fairly bold thing to do, inviting everyone to link to an illegal copy of the script. A screenwriter friend informed that, given that this is Tarantino-owned material that he plans to publish as a book and make into a movie, it won’t be too hard to prove damages. Deadline revealed the other day that Tarantino was so incensed that the script leaked after he gave it to a handful of actors, he was going to shelve that script and work on a different one, publishing it in book form instead. Always curious...

David Carradine's third wife Gail Jensen has stepped forward to echo accounts of his allegedly unconventional sexual history, insisting the late actor had a penchant for auto-erotica throughout their marriage.
The Kill Bill star, 72, was found hanging in his Bangkok hotel room on Thursday; some reports suggest he committed suicide, while local police believe he died accidentally as he took part in a dangerous sex game involving auto-erotic asphyxiation - where victims achieve heightened sexual pleasure by restricting their air supply.
Gail Jensen, who ended her nine year marriage to Carradine in 1997, claims the actor would spend days planning to construct elaborate sexual devices he used to tie himself up.
Speaking in an interview at the weekend (begs06Jun09), Jensen said: "David was pretty strange. He would like to get tied up. He would tie himself up and I would walk in and see him and say, 'Oh my God, David, you got to be kidding me' - and I would (turn around and) walk out. I would leave him to his own devices. He liked to be tied up. And he could tie himself up... He spent days planning a different feature. He would go to a hardware store and buy the stuff."
Just last week (begs01Jun09), TheSmokingGun.com published legal documents from Carradine's fourth wife Marina Anderson, detailing the actor's "potentially deadly" sex habits. Carradine's former lawyer and longterm friend Vicki Roberts has called Anderson's claims "extremely inflammatory and completely false".
The actor's family requested the FBI's involvement last week (ends05Jun09), urging authorities to assist the Thai police investigation to prove the star had no intention of killing himself.
An initial autopsy report carried out by Thai coroners reveals Carradine died from a sudden lack of oxygen; his body showed no signs of struggle. Doctors in Carradine's native U.S. are expected to examine the actor's body this week (begs08Jun09) after his remains were flown back at the weekend.

'Kill Bill' star David Carradine's manager claims he was murdered in a Thai hotel earlier this week. The 72-year-old actor was hanging found naked in a cupboard with a curtain rope strung around his neck and genitals on Thursday (04.06.09), and initially believed to have committed suicide. His manager Chick Binder said, however, his Carradine's hands were tied behind his back and a footprint on the bed in the otherwise immaculate hotel room where he was found did not match his shoes. Binder said: "For sure there was foul play. We definitely don't believe it was a suicide. David was a great guy and a great client and a great friend." The actor's lawyer Vicki Roberts...

David Carradine's lawyer is calling on Thai authorities to launch a murder investigation, because she believes the actor was killed and his death made to look like a suicide.
Carradine's naked body was discovered hanging in a Bangkok, Thailand hotel suite on Thursday morning (4Jun09). Local reports suggested he committed suicide but a statement from Carradine's representative indicates the actor died when a sex act went wrong.
Rumours Carradine died attempting auto-erotic asphyxiation - where victims achieve heightened sexual pleasure by restricting their air supply - are backed up by a quote a Bangkok police officer gave to British newspaper The Sun.
But the star's lawyer and longterm friend Vicki Roberts refuses to accept he killed himself or died in a sex game - and is calling on Thai authorities to launch a murder investigation.
Roberts tells RadarOnline, "I believe that there may have been foul play. Anybody could stage a suicide after a murder."
The attorney also denies claims by Carradine's ex wife Marina, that he engaged in sexual behaviour that was dangerous to his health during their marriage. Roberts claims the accusations, which appear in papers from the ex-couple's 2001 divorce, are "extremely inflammatory and completely false".
Coroners at Bangkok's Chulalongkorn hospital completed an autopsy on Friday, although the cause of death is not expected to be determined until the results from toxicity tests are in.

David Carradine died during a sex game that went wrong, according to sources in Bangkok, Thailand, where he was found dead on Thursday.
Carradine's body was discovered in a hotel suite and local reports suggested he committed suicide.
He was discovered by a maid, naked and hanged, but the suggestions his death had a sexual twist were strongly disputed by the star's close friend, attorney Vicki Roberts, and his manager Chuck Binder, who insisted he died of natural causes.
But a statement from Carradine's representative now indicates the actor died during a sex act.
The spokesperson tells TMZ.com, "We can confirm 100 per cent that he never would have committed suicide. It was an accidental death. Everybody is in shock."

Rocker Michael Hutchence was rumoured to have died attempting the same sex act in a Sydney, Australia hotel room back in 1997 - although his death was officially declared a suicide.

The attorney who wed Kill Bill star David Carradine and his wife Annie at pal Michael Madsen's home is calling on the media not to jump to conclusions about the actor's sudden death.
Carradine, 72, was found dead in a hotel room in Bangkok, Thailand, where he was shooting a new movie, and initial reports suggest he hanged himself.
The actor's manager, Chuck Binder, insists Carradine died of natural causes, but police officials insist a hotel maid had found Carradine dead in a wardrobe with a rope around his neck and body on Thursday morning.
The late star's longtime attorney and friend, Vicki Roberts, who conducted the actor's fifth wedding ceremony in December 2004, is hoping the truth will prove Carradine did not commit suicide.
She tells WENN, "I would also hope that there would be a full investigation before any conclusions are drawn."
Roberts adds, "I have known David Carradine and his wife Annie for many, many years and I was honoured to have performed their marriage ceremony in 2004 at the home of Michael Madsen. My deepest condolences go out to Annie and the family."...

Actor Gary Busey will be kicked out of his California home of more than 14 years if he doesn't pay up more than $50,000 (GBP25,000) in outstanding rent, his landlord has claimed.
The Lethal Weapon star's Malibu landlord claims he has withheld rent for almost a year.
But Busey's attorney Vicki Roberts insists the actor has no trouble keeping up with the $6,000 (GBP3,000)-a-month rent, choosing instead to withhold the funds until blocked air vents - which are damaging his health - are cleared.
She tells The National Enquirer, "It's true he owed over $50,000 in back rent - but he stopped paying because of a health issue. The landlord wouldn't clean out the vents."
This isn't the first time Busey has fallen behind on home payments. The actor was taken to court in 2004 after falling behind $52,000 (GBP26,000) in rent, claiming his household was riddled with mould.
