Welcome to this week’s column of The Last Week In Wrestling, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have Mr. Rogers here with us. Mr. Rogers: Hello my television neighbor. I wanted to talk to you about violence. When people watch violence, that doesn’t make them violent. Violence is wanting to be violent and then choosing to be violent. When you watch wrestling, you are watching it because you want to watch wrestling. Watching wrestling doesn’t always have a meaning besides wanting to watch wrestling. Wrestling can be fun, but we should always remember that wrestling can hurt the people that do it, because it is violent. When wrestlers get hurt, that’s not your fault. However, you should always try to empathize with them when they are in pain. Mr. Robinson: Hello boys and girls! I’m in pain listening to this old-ass...

Welcome to this week’s Nwa: Power review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have Nick Aldis rubbing his crotch on his own forehead in a record-breaking self-tea bag maneuver worthy of completely ignoring. Trevor Murdoch fights for his right to not be suspended for thirty days without pay, like Goofy after he got caught f—king Minnie. Pot Cookie Monster wants to know where that hash is man. Nwa gets goin’ on like a badonkadonk right now!

Welcome to this week’s Nwa: Powerrr review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and Power is back! I’m not spelling it with the dumb triple r thing. I hate the way Pumpkin Boy books the Nwa. I have a feeling we’ll get more of the same with the return of Powerrr, but at least the Nwa was not sold to Vince McMahon (that we know of). Dokken’s “Into the Fire” is back as the theme. Don’t f—k with Dokken! With that, I say it’s time to get right to it. Nwa: Power starts…go fish!

Welcome to this week’s Nwa: Shockwave review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have three more matches to get to. These three matches, including a Women’s Title fight, will duke it out to decide who was the best of the evening. Let’s rock and or rolllllllllll!!!!!!!
The matches in contention:
Kamille/Cc Chanel Eli Drake/Eric Watts Thunder Rosa/Priscilla Kelly – Nwa Women’s World Championship
Km/Cc: I was a pretty solid opener that may not have had a lot of pizazz, but I did start the show off correctly and set the stage up all nice and pretty.
Ed/EW: I gave Eli and Eric a chance to have a slow, steady bout that may not have always been as ambitious as it could have been, but I did substantiate Eli as a featured attraction and Eric as a stalwart to remember.

Welcome to this season finale of the National Wrestling Alliance’s Powerrr with a special called Super Powerrr. Match #1: Kamille defeated Maddie Max
My Opinion: 2 out of 5 – Bill Cosby’s wife has to make the bail money some-how. Kamille! Kamille! I don’t want to be in prison! There’s no pudding for the pudding pop! There’s no Kodak film! Neither woman looked bad here, but I wanted more time on the clock, especially for a season finale match.

Welcome to this double-sized edition of our Nwa: Powerrr review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and I missed last week’s Nwa: Powerrr and Aew Dark reviews, so we’ll have two double-sized reviews this to cover for that failing of mine. Welcome to this review of National Wrestling Alliance: Hard Times, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have the finale of the TV Title Tournament, as well as Nick Aldis defending the Nwa World Title against Ring Of Honor’s Flip Gordon. Let’s get right to it.
The following four matches are part of the TV Title Tournament: Match #1: Trevor Murdoch defeated The Question Mark
My Opinion: 2.3 out of 5 – While not a great match, this was a fun way for Murdoch to get a win.
Match #2: Dan Maff defeated Zicky Dice
My Opinion: 3 out of 5 – This was a good little match with a lot of hard hits and big slams with the right winner.
Match #3: Ricky Starks defeated Matt Cross

Welcome to this week’s review of National Wrestling Alliance: Powerrr, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and we have a special 90-minute season finale for the go-home show to Hard Times. Ricky Morton is back to have his massive World Title Match against Nick Aldis. It sounds like we’ve got a good show here.
Match #1: Thunder Rosa defeated Tasha Steelz
My Opinion: 2.7 out of 5 – This was getting good, but it stopped after just two or so minutes. Why not let this sucker go for a while? Fortunately, this was a case of two women getting a lot in to a small space.
Match #2: Trevor Murdoch defeated Tom Lattimer – TV Title Tournament Match

Match #1: Zane Dawson defeated Dave Dawson – National Wrestling Alliance TV Title Tournament Match
My Opinion: 2.1 out of 5 – This wasn’t much other than a lot of talking. There were some slams and all that stuff, but you can skip this sucker.
Match #2: Melina defeated Ashley Vox
My Opinion: 2.6 out of 5 – Melina did well here and looked pretty tough over-all. Vox looks like she could rip some-one in half, which ain’t bad for this sport. This was waaaaaaaaaaaay too short. Why are these matches so f—— short? Do you wanna watch a show of three minute matches? Do you have a short attention span? Are you a pigeon? Am I just writing all...

Welcome to the first National Wrestling Alliance: Powerrr review, right here on Nerdly. I’m Nathan Favel and I didn’t choose to name the damn show “Powerrr”. I think the extra “r” or two is there because of coke-lines or something. This show is a one-hour broadcast that is modeled on the old Jim Crockett TV format, so expect nostalgia lined with Punky Brewster hair-gel and Alf condoms, “because he can’t spend all day eating pussy…cat”. This isn’t always a show designed to offer great wrestling, but it does have some great production values and a very lively atmosphere. Let’s get to this time-warped trip through Billy Corgan’s bank account before he smashes my pumpkin.

1.This week on Roh Television, the main event for their Pay Per View event Death Before Dishonor was announced. Nigel McGuinness stated Adam Cole would face long time champion Jay Lethal for the Roh World Heavyweight Championship. The lead up to this match has been spotty at best which is really disappointing. Adam Cole joined with the Bullet Club faction at the Roh event Global Wars, finally giving a showcase to a performer who is on his way to becoming a big deal in the business. Over the past three weeks, he and the Young Bucks tag team, Matt and Nick Jackson, have been wrecking havoc on Ring of Honor television, including viciously taking out Kyle O’Reilly a couple weeks back after a match with Jay Lethal and last week shaving Jay Lethal bald. For too long, the Bullet Club in Ring of Honor has been treated like cool heroes,...

Howdy wrestling fans, and a big thanks to Aaron Oster and James Montgomery for tending to the homestead while I was off for last week's Raw and Payback spectacles. And I have no idea why I'm aping cowboy parlance, or if that's even appropriate while recapping a show that went down in Omaha. But in the interest of corralling my thoughts, let's look toward Extreme Rules.

The first Raw of the "New Era" began with a Stephanie McMahon promo and featured a feud built around the destruction of a potted plant (R.I.P., Mitch). In other words, we aren't exactly witnessing a wrestling revolution here.
And yet, coming off of Payback, a PPV that featured very little in the way of retribution (but plenty of interesting developments), last night's show still managed to rise above all the prefab talk of changing the game – and set the table for a series of compelling matches at Extreme Rules,...

We are quickly approaching WWE Payback, and this week will be the “final sell” before the PPV. Let’s see what WWE can offer to get us to watch their annual May event.
Raw (25th April 2016) Results: Aj Styles pinned Sheamus Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows beat The Uso’s in their Raw debut Sami Zayn beat Rusev Apollo Crews defeated Stardust Natalya beat Emma Baron Corbin and Damien Sandow went to a no-contest Roman Reigns defeated Alberto Del Rio
After some solid shows recently, Raw seems to be in a transitional stage, like something bigger is planned and they are waiting it out. This episode of Raw wasn’t as solid in the ring compared to some recent episodes, and the promos didn’t really make any real explosions to sell Payback, but there is enough going on to make things interesting as we head into the PPV on Sunday.

Tommy Dreamer and Baron Corbin could be surprise entrants in tonight’s third annual Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32.
Wrestling Observer Radio’s Dave Meltzer noted today that there’s at least one surprise entrant expected in the match tonight and those two names were rumoured the strongest.
Former Ecw favourite Dreamer last appeared for WWE several months ago during The Dudley Boyz’s hardcore-style feud with the Wyatt family where he competed in a couple of matches in the last few weeks of 2015.
Corbin, who lost to a debuting Austin Aries at Friday night’s Nxt Dallas: Takeover show, has long been touted as a strong candidate for the main roster and perhaps an appearance in the Battle Royal tonight will be the beginning of a permanent switch to Raw and SmackDown.

It’s been nearly two years since Cody Rhodes first adopted the persona of Stardust – a bizarre, bodysuit-wearing takeoff on his older brother’s ultra-successful “Goldust” persona – and the gimmick may be drawing to a end.
According to the former WWE Tag Team Champion himself at WrestleMania Axxess, if he doesn’t win the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania, Stardust will be gone and Cody may have to return.

Tyler Breeze is the latest name to be added to the third annual Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal that will air during the WrestleMania 32 pre-show.
Breeze’s addition makes it 7 names that are confirmed for the contest. The other names are; Kane, Curtis Axel, Adam Rose, Bo Dallas, Heath Slater and last year’s winner Big Show.
With 8 matches confirmed for the show which takes place in just over a week’s time, it seems unlikely that any more bouts will be added to the card, meaning that if you aren’t in the Battle Royal, you’re probably not getting on the show.
Notable wrestlers without a match on the card yet include the whole Wyatt family of Bray Wyatt, Braun Strowman, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan (though there are injury concerns over both Bray and Harper).

The Road to WrestleMania ran through Hershey, Pennsylvania Sunday night as the Superstars and Divas of World Wrestling Entertainment performed at an non-televised live event.
In a co-main event, Aj Styles challenged Kevin Owens for the WWE Intercontinental Championship while Kane and Big Show battled The Wyatt Family’s Erick Rowan and Braun Strowman in a Tornado Rules Hershey Street Fight. Yours truly was in attendance to witness those two bouts, as well as the rest of the action WWE unleashed on the Sweetest Place on Earth.
A show so close to WrestleMania, I could not wait to see what the reaction would be for some of the company’s biggest stars and the stories they would tell.
Needless to say, I was surprised by what I encountered.
What were the fans in attendance like? How were the performances of the men and women after a long weekend of work and travel?...

Have you ever been so invested in a good book that you’ve lost a night of sleep because you kept telling yourself “Just one more chapter”? Or in the digital age, have you ever binge watched an entire season of a TV show on Netflix in one weekend because you just couldn’t get enough? Of course you have, that’s literally the only way to watch Netflix.
Now imagine getting towards the end of the book only to find that somebody has torn out the last chapter and you have no way of finding out how the damn story ends. Or even better, you load the final episode of your beloved Netflix show only to see that the Director has lost interest, and now all the main characters have changed personas and moved onto a completely different plot without tying anything up.

Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the WWE Universe,...

The Royal Rumble 2016 card is a little light going in, with the one hour Royal Rumble WWE Title match being the only real draw. There’s only four other main card matches, with all of them being rematches.
WWE can get away with that kind of booking at this time of year, as the Rumble to ‘Mania season sells itself. The Royal Rumble brand is over, meaning fans buy the event based on past experiences/perceptions. The question of “who will go on to main event WrestleMania” is always an exciting one, and by making this year’s Rumble bout Roman Reigns’ title defence, the one hour contest is even more intriguing.
And even though the undercard is light, it could still end up exceeding expectations. In particular, Dean Ambrose versus Kevin Owens could end up stealing the show in the Last Man Standing Intercontinental Title match.

Alberto Del Rio has won back the Us Title, in a match to be aired on Thursday’s Smackdown.
The show was taped on Tuesday night in Lafayette, Louisiana. Del Rio’s victory means that Kalisto’s Us Title run barely lasted a day. He won it back via distraction when King Barrett got involved.
What was the point in doing the original title switch? It is because WWE are trying to create interest for Smackdown now that is on the USA Network, and having Del Rio win the belt back is seen as dramatic. They are already crowing about it on their website, trying to generate interest for the broadcast. There’s also genuine desire to push Kalisto, and he can at least say that he’s a former Us Champion. Did it undermine him to lose it so quickly? Possibly, but he’s also had more...

Happy New Year everyone! You know, nothing says a new year like a recycled feud from 17 years ago, but instead of a hot Steve Austin vs. Vince McMahon angle its a lukewarm Roman Reigns vs. Vince. However, I don’t think anything cracked me up more in wrestling lately than the bosses’ bizarre “Happy New Year! Happy New Year!” to random people at the end of Raw. It seems clear that he’s lost his mind behind the scenes, so might as well make it a storyline.
Bo Dallas had the line of the week when he told Dolph Ziggler on SmackDown “It sounds like you’re telling a joke, but you never really say anything that’s funny.” Damn Bo, that was cruel, but so, so, right. Elsewhere, Summer Rae and Tyler Breeze broke up. So Summer and Fandango didn’t work, neither did her pairing with Damien Sandow,...

On next week’s Raw, World Wrestling Entertainment will host the annual ‘Slammy Awards’. First introduced way back in 1986, the mock ceremony is a take off of the ‘Grammy Awards’ popularised in the world of music. More often than not, the Slammys have been treated in a light-hearted fashion, with several joke categories filling out the awards.
The Slammy Awards were ignored by WWE from 1997-2008, until the were brought back that year. Ever since, they’ve taken place on Monday Night Raw each December. Voting is currently open on WWE’s official website for this years honours. The 10 main categories fans can vote in are listed in full below.

If you’re a wrestling fan you’ll know just how much the WWE loves Christmas. Seasonal shows have been a staple of their television output for as long as I can remember going as far back as Captain Lou Albano reading Christmas stories on WWE programming; through the Attitude era, where the fun of Xmas was juxaposed with the more hardcore on-screen action; to more recent episodes of Raw and the likes of the “Good Santa vs. Bad Santa” match between Mark Henry and Damien Sandow in 2013.
The WWE Christmas Collection sees Christmas come early to the WWE universe as “The Hardcore Legend” Mick Foley and his daughter Noelle (side note: I’m sure Foley’s daughter takes after her mothers side of ther family…) as they go on a quest to find Santa Claus, all the while reminiscing about classic WWE moments and matches from Christmas’ past. It’s entirely possible that by the time that you’re reading this, Sheamus could’ve cashed in the Money In The Bank Briefcase and become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Maybe not since Damien Sandow won the Smackdown Money In The Bank briefcase in 2013 has there been more of a dark horse briefcase winner. Given that WWE seems to have so many more “worthwhile” holders on the roster, the Celtic Warrior’s 2015 time spent with the briefcase has underwhelmed.
If Sheamus cashes in the briefcase soon, that means that we have at least nine more months to wait before another briefcase holder is crowned. When staring into the future of WWE, there are actually exactly seven great candidates to grab the briefcase next June. From well-established performers to those actually in the midst of breaking out to even a surprise name thrown into the mix, it’s...

Damien Sandow has brought back his Intellectual Saviour of the Masses gimmick. Sort of.
The Miz’s former stunt double, who has been missing from our screens for some time now, worked a dark match at last night’s SmackDown taping in Little Rock, Arkansas against Adam Rose. He came out in his trademark blue robe and wore pink tights in the ring. He was a babyface, however – unlike his previous run as the character where he won the Money in the Bank contract, no less – and cut a promo after his win to say that he was no longer a stunt double and would now be portraying “the voice of common sense…”
Well, being a condescending so-and-so towards the WWE Universe isn’t going to get you over as a babyface, is it?
just watched Sandow defeat Rose as a Face in his Og attire. #mainevent #smackdown pic.

What has been billed as the final batch of Superstars for WWE 2K16 has been confirmed this afternoon.
Here are the names in full: Bray Wyatt, Mikey Whipwreck, The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods & Big E), Enzo Amore & Colin Cassady, Stunning Steve Austin, Superstar Steve Austin, Rusev, American Bad Ass Undertaker, Baron Corbin, Brian Pillman, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Konnor, Viktor, Mark Henry, Ministry Undertaker, Ricky Steamboat, Savio Vega, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley, Sting ’99, Sting Blonde and finally the two Terminator renders.
The new names show how in-depth the Stone Cold mode will be. It looks like we’re going to be travelling right through his days as a Hollywood Blonde with Brian Pillman and that feud with Ricky Steamboat, stopping off for a cup of coffee in Ecw to feud with Mikey Whipwreck (and maybe Sandman?), and then going through his main run in WWE, including the 2001 Royal Rumble.

Finishing moves have come a long way over the past few decades. Bruno Sammartino’s bearhug, Ultimate Warrior’s running splash and even Jake Roberts’ Ddt simply won’t cut it anymore. These match ending moves have evolved to become flashier, look more devastating, and often require an incredible amount of strength and athleticism to pull off.
It wasn’t that long ago that you didn’t even need a finishing move to get over. Now, it’s imperative. They are an integral part of the current professional wrestling scene, just like theme music. But who has the best one? It’s a tough call, but that’s what we’re here to find out.

Another batch of WWE Superstars have been revealed for WWE 2K16 today, and fans of the product during the early 90s and Attitude Era are going to be very happy with this latest selection.
Much has been made of the huge roster that this year’s addition of the game will include, and while younger fans probably aren’t going to have much interest in playing as legends like Honky Tonk Man, Jake The Snake Roberts, and Vader, this is a very diverse group of talent.
Perhaps the most exciting thing here is the fact that players are going to be able to control factions like The Hart Foundation and The Nation of Domination, something which should lead to plenty of dream matches when they’re pitted against current WWE Superstars. Names like Rikishi, Shane McMahon, and all three iterations of Mick Foley’s character – Cactus Jack, Dude Love, and Mankind – are also pretty noteworthy,...

A new video posted by IGN has apparently revealed the (almost) full roster for WWE 2K16.
It is common knowledge now that the new game will have a bumper roster of 120 unique characters, but the list below falls a few short of that while Hulk Hogan is still a part of it. The Hulkster has been removed from the game altogether for reasons that you don’t need me to tell you about.
There are a number of shocking inclusions, including Superstars down the pecking order in Nxt and Attitude Era stars who had very little to do with cover star Stone Cold Steve Austin. While there are also a number of notable exclusions, including the Legion of Doom, who seemed to be nailed on for a place in the new title after leaked video footage appeared to show Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler and Jim Ross recording commentary...

Poor old Damien Sandow, just as he seemed to be gaining momentum with his latest character, the former Idol Stevens’ split personality disorder rears its ugly head again and he has to start over with a new gimmick.
From being a teacher’s pet (as Stevens) to trying to instigate his own regime as Florida Championship Wrestling’s militant reformer in a tag team with Titus O’Neill; by the time he was called up to the main roster, he was the intellectual saviour of the unwashed masses, before becoming a stunt double for The Miz.
Now the newly christened Macho Mandow has become a Randy Savage tribute act (which is a gimmick so stupid even Tna wouldn’t try it).
In the world of wrestling the word gimmick has a few meanings; promoters/wrestlers will use the intervals to sell their gimmicks (t-shirts, signed photos etc.), a...

In a matter of a few weeks, Nxt will be in the unique situation of having two “awesome super-indy dude” left on its booking sheets at the top of the roster in Finn Balor and Samoa Joe, alongside a roster of excellent divas and highly entertaining mid-card acts. For a few weeks, this is good, but eventually, presume that Nxt diehards will tire of the situation and may possibly tune out on the brand in full until the returns of Hideo Itami and Sami Zayn.
As well, there’s a unique situation on the main roster that dovetails quite nicely with that’s happening in Nxt as Cesaro does not have a tag partner, while excellent performers Damien Sandow and Curtis Axel are without more significant roles on TV past imitating Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan. Whether it's 3Mb (R.I.P.) hitting Bourbon Street to bring the rock or Dean Ambrose taking Seth Rollins' Heavyweight Championship belt on an Instagram tour of the French Quarter, WWE loves to make New Orleans a character in its own right when descending upon the Crescent City. In fact, they may as well have entered New Orleans as a final participant in Sunday's Money in the Bank ladder match, since it's already a fairly unwieldy affair.
But then, all that would have taken away from the surprise of Kofi Kingston not winning.

The likes of King Barrett and Neville are impressing in the WWE right now but the history of British wrestling goes back much further than the occasional breakthroughs in Connecticut.
Audiences of 18 million people watched World of Sport at its peak and enjoyed some of the most fascinating characters in the history of the sport.
Perhaps the most remarkable was Les Kellett. "He was never the top man, but he was always the one people talked about and the one people wanted to see," screenwriter and director Harvey Auzorst tells us, explaining how his film Kellett came to be in development.

WWE.com have confirmed that Bray Wyatt will face Ryback at this Sunday’s Payback PPV.
It was a match that has been expected for a few weeks after Wyatt attacked Ryback randomly on Raw on April 27. That led to another attack on Smackdown.
Following the many promos by Wyatt, Ryback spoke up last week on Raw and then this past week he took the fight to Wyatt, which caused Wyatt to leave the ring and Ryback stood tall on Raw. The match should have been made official during Monday’s Raw, but for whatever reason WWE announced it on their website today.

This week’s Raw was the last episode before Payback, so we got a better sense of what to expect from the PPV on Sunday night. What was interesting is that it looks like WWE has a full card ready, but they have advertised six matches officially with a couple of others very likely to take place.
Keep in mind that WWE is taping Smackdown tonight, so they will probably make other matches official at that show.
Here are the six matches that are official as well as notes on the others that are likely going to take place.

With Extreme Rules over and Payback coming up only three weeks later, WWE has already set the stage for some of the big matches at their annual May PPV. This week’s edition of Smackdown helped to further those storylines while not really setting up new rivalries.
There was a pretty big main event on Smackdown that WWE should have advertised because Seth Rollins taking on Dean Ambrose is a big match. WWE didn’t mention it on Raw. This is the kind of thing that is confusing because if you’re going to put on a big match like that you should promote it heavily. Instead, they didn’t even mention it.
It was also concerning that Smackdown was down about 300,000 viewers this week on Syfy. Thursday was supposed to lead to a bigger audience for the “blue brand” yet it really hasn’t happened. It’s...

We are a couple of weeks removed, now, from WrestleMania, and we are heading towards WWE’s next PPV, Extreme Rules. The WWE product hasn’t really changed a great deal since a month ago, except for Brock Lesnar no longer being WWE Champion and taking time-off, and different feuds being underway. Mostly though, on television, it’s the same players in many of the same set-ups. Let’s see how tonight plays out, shall we?
Match Results:
Dean Ambrose & Luke Harper fought to a no-contest The New Day defeated The Lucha Dragons Fandango beat Curtis Axel Naomi downed Brie Bella Sheamus squashed Zack Ryder John Cena defeated Kane The Miz pinned Damien Mizdow Ryback crushed Adam Rose Seth Rollins pinned Dolph Ziggler

Last year’s Royal Rumble event was a controversial one, with Daniel Bryan’s name being chanted throughout the rumble-match itself which was won by a returning Batista. The response from the fans was so vehement that WWE were forced to insert Bryan into the WrestleMania 30 main event, where he won the title in New Orleans. Now, a year later, Bryan has just returned to WWE from a severe neck injury and is back in the fan’s hearts as their firm favourite. This year, unlike last, Bryan is In the rumble match, and a solid favourite, for fans, to go to WrestleMania 31 and fight for the title. Let’s see what happens shall we?
The undercard was a strange one. A bunch of tag-team affairs which have had no real major-build to them and aren’t exactly “big-time” contests. The first of which occurred on the pre-show kick-off and...

It was announced on WWE.com on Friday that there will be a Nxt tournament to determine one spot in the Andre the Giant memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania. The tournament will be held this Thursday at WrestleMania Axxess. The whole matches likely won’t be filmed, but WWE will probably film it for Youtube or their website at the very least. Perhaps highlights could be shown on Smackdown too.
While the matchups haven’t been announced yet, four names have been confirmed: Finn Balor, Tyler Breeze, Adrian Neville and Hideo Itami. For Balor and Itami, it will be their first time working for WWE during a WrestleMania weekend while Neville and Breeze have been there before. It’s a good move by WWE to allow one of their talented Nxt stars to wrestle on the grandest stage of them all.
At this point we don’t know...

Firmly into the home straight for Wrestlemania 31 from Santa Clara and off of the back of last night’s Raw, it appears the final card has been set, although you should expect to see some kind of Tag Title match added at some point, probably for the mammoth Pre-Show!
Officially added to the card last night was the long suspected, long awaited clash between ‘The Viper’ Randy Ortron and ‘Mr. Money in the Bank’ Seth Rollins. Rollins officially accepted Orton’s challenge in the opening segment on the condition Orton face Rollins later in the show.
Far from WWE to give away one of ‘Mania’s marquee match-ups, this of course was a tease of not just the Orton vs. Rollins match but also Sting’s first ever WWE match against Triple H, when he joined Orton in the ring to fend of the Authority as Raw went off the air.
